Love the Halloween theme they have going here. Balloons skeletons ghosts pumpkins. Extremely well decorated. The more you look the more you see. Have shopped here and staff is always friendly. Good selection of products to choose from. Well done to the staff for a wonderful experience. Mahalo to all.

Once again, the employees are great, but if I had eaten the 11.99 shrimp cocktail tray I bought here I think it would have ended my honeymoon. Opened it to find a foul stench and everything down to the lettuce covered in slime. Not returning to any ABC mart on this trip because they stock out of date products. That shrimp was downright dangerous!!

Never left a review on a convenience store… never been ripped off by a convenience store. I picked up a can of tea and it popped open and they charged me for it, pretty pissed off. Maybe have some decency in how you treat your customers ABC

Customer service was unfriendly and had a negative attitude from a younger Asian female staff. Not a good shopping experience. If exchanging gift from the receipts bothers you, might as well just cancel it.

I had such a great experience today thanks to the friendly cashier! She was incredibly kind and made my visit so pleasant. Her excellent customer service really stood out, and I appreciate her kindness!

This is the ABC Store at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. They have the same merchandise as all the rest of the ABC Stores. There seems to be an ABC Store at every corner in Waikiki.They sell clothing, souvenirs, food, drinks, slippers, bags, etc. Whatever you need you'll find at ABC. I like to come in and look at all their Hello Kitty items. ABC and Hello Kitty have collabs on bags, plushies, and key rings. They're so cute. I was in there for a while and no employee asked if I needed any help. There was a woman employee folding the T-shirts. She would rather fold T-shirts than help the customers. I walked past her a couple of times and not once did she look up at me. Luckily, I didn't really need help today.

Excellent service. One of the staff members called around other stores to help us find a specific item. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name though but really appreciate what she did!
