I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 yrs.On June 14 I called in because i received an email that my order was picked up from store, while i'm on vacations outside the country since May 29th. Anna, a service Representative, the WORST person I've ever dealt with. Such poor customer service skills, and bad attitude. She continued to speak over me while I was trying to comunícate her my concerns. Totally uneducated, to the point that i had to ask for her supervisor. She told me that in order for her to transfer me she needed to get an authorization.... Really? She kept me on hold for more than 20 minutes, at such point i spoke the following.Anna, i know you can heard me, i know you did not put me on hold, you just muted the phone.... Weather you get me a supervisor or not, i will be contacting Corporate office. Sure enough she answered right away.... Very disappointed at her behavior, poor skills, uneducated behavior and quite a sarcastic attitude.I cancelled my order, and doubt i will buy again from A&F.After more than 20 yrs and thousands of dollars spent there.A&F, Thank Anna fir one less customer.

I've shopped at this location many times. The staff was always friendly. I worked across the hall, so they saw me pretty often. They took the time to ask more about what I do for work and how many day was going when I stopped in.They have a wide but also limited stock selection. There's a lot of clothing options, but sometimes this sizes in store aren't always available. The staff will check online if you ask, and can order for you instead if it's still available. They normally keep the store pretty clean, and organized which makes for a hassle-free experience. The management team is also well trained to help you with issues and elevating them if need be. I had an issue with one of my online orders and I asked for an update, the manager that helped was able to get me a status update and gave me the correct tracking number to use.

Customer service is always off at the Ala moana store. Sometimes I'm not greeted, there are no smiles and whenever I need help, there's no one to be found or the employees are grouped together talking. I have to interrupt the huddle to ask for help which makes me feel like I'm bothering them to spend my money there? I recommend going to the international marketplace store.

I was super excited to receive the curve love mom jean shorts, as I love the entire curve love collection. When this item came back in-stock in my size I ordered it online right away and selected for in-store pick up at the Ala Moana location since shipping to HI is pricey. After anticipating the arrival of these shorts for WEEKS, I finally got the email that it was available for pick-up. A few hours later I received another email that my in-store pick-up had EXPIRED, and the item was going to be refunded to me! I called the store, provided my name and order number and they mysteriously had no record of my order. Keep in mind, the email I received said I have 10 days to pick it up-- it hadn't even been 2 hours! Even though I had the emails and time stamps to prove that my item arrived to the store, I was re-directed to their customer service line, as the manager claimed there was no record of my order or even my item in their inventory. I called customer service to verify the tracking/shipping information and they also confirmed the item had arrived to the store. Well Ala Moana, WHERE DID MY ITEM GO? Did it grow legs and run away?? Nice to know this is how you treat your customer's property that they PAID for. Very upsetting and very unprofessional-- I will not be shopping here again.

Really bad service, store manager Daniel and his staff doesn’t helpful and stigmatize people who are not good at Englishwhen us return our items , (they lied ) they said only refund to store credit but my items is not final sale . Totally the manager said I’m wrong because I don’t understand English

Have to say that there clothes hold up ... I want to return for more sweat pants ... Like them as they have back pockets ... like the rest of the clothes ... it is perfect beach clothing along with great hoodies and thick sweats ... Thank you ...

I felt like I just won the lottery when a huge amount of money was just given to me. No, nothing illegal if that's what you're thinking. Anyways, the first thing on my mind was to get me some new outfits. I have been in quarantine mode for the past two years that practically all my clothes are looking raggedly. I have not shopped anywhere since the pandemic started. First place on my list was A&F! The reason being is because I love their perfume 8 & needed to replenish it. Okay I know I said I needed new outfits but what good is new outfits if you don't smell good with it too? lol I was so disappointed that they were out of stock!!! I am really hoping they will restock this item cause this was my daily go to scent with my casual wear (anything I use with jeans) Since I was there I decided to look around. I ended up finding some good deals on their clearance section. I also found a nice mauve sweater top which was $50 something but i thought i was worth it since I said, I got a huge chunk of change lol. I also got some items for my teen daughter and my handsome husband. I think the Customer Service we got was okay. We were greeted when we walked in and also asked if we were shopping for anything in particular. Once we replied that were just browsing around we were left alone and that's how I like it. When we stood in the check out line there were two families ahead of us and only one cashier. When we were next in line another cashier came and helped us. So the wait was not too long. Overall customer service was great! I am just sad I didn't get my perfume so 4 stars for this visit.

I admired them so much because they had a salesperson with disability. He was sitting on a wheelchair and greeted with a big smile at the entrance. So awesome. Loved how they treated people. A great marketing and HR policy. A & F always has its unique smell and energetic music & interior. A good fashion brand and store. Product quality is always good. Price is various throughout the world. Hawaii or Ala Moana is of course a bit expensive than other outlets anyway.

One of their smaller stores and not a huge selection of stuff, nonetheless the store is kept in great order. Staff is super friendly and James was very helpful when picking up my online order.

When i walk in to return clothes, every worker looks very up-tight. very dead. I try talking to two of them that were near the entrance but they just ignored me until someone else came in to help me. no one smile the whole time. even the person who helped me sounded dead inside. ALSO they didn't greet me or smile at me. it's like they are cold inside. i get it, some of them are getting paid very little for the job but they should still at least be happy and joyful in front of customers or else they are just pushing them out of the store. when i finished returning my clothes, i try to be nice and say bye to the two that ignored me but again they completely ignored me. This isn't always the case though. mainly the young looking workers are nice and don't sound dead inside.
