Great hotel in a convenient location downtown next to the newly opened C U (Korean convenience store), a bunch of restaurants, and the Iolani Palace. The front desk and valet staff were fantastic. Especially Kainalu Aitaro who went above and beyond anytime he worked with me. Very positive attitude and able to multi-task fantastically. Actually made me wish he was working every day of my stay so he would be the one to assist me when needed. Will definitely be returning in the future!

WARNING: there are hidden sensors in sleeping rooms that clandestinely monitor your activities. We did not smoke or vape in the room, but preparing for a costume party and using glitter hairspray must have triggered their spyware sensors. We received a message from the hotel that we were vaping or smoking in the room and they assessed a $500 fine. Oddly enough the guest elevator reeks of cigarette smoke from people smoking in the parking garage. Lots of homeless and in a pretty sketchy part of town so be prepared.

Stayed one night before our NCL cruise around Hawaii. The staff were excellent, especially Nalu at the front desk. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great start to our trip.

Kamaainas! If you want to enjoy the festivities around Chinatown without having to drive home late at night (or early morning). Check out this hotel. Rates are beyond reasonable. Parking is not included though, but resort fee waived. Spaces are clean. Food is good.

Very nice hotel--modern, fashionable without being flashy, clean. Loved the front desk staff--full of good cheer and good recommendations. The room was exactly what it needed to be--simple, uncluttered, a roomy feel (surprising given that it wasn't a huge space), very comfy bed, great bathroom fixtures. It's in downtown Honolulu a couple of blocks from the Hawaii Theatre, and within walking distance of great restaurants like Fête and Senia and Podmore but also wonderful bakeries (Sing Cheong Yuan) and other Chinatown eateries. Also: having Common Ground attached to the hotel made for easy access to top-notch espresso drinks and breakfast snacks.

I've stayed here twice for business trips and recommend the place highly. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas are nice and new. The restaurant and bar have great hours and the food is very good. This is definitely going to be my go-to hotel for Honolulu.

The location is prime to the airport and downtown Honolulu. The hotel is very clean but the rooms are incredibly small, which didn't bother me because I was there for 8 hours for a flight layover. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.

I came to the hotel and they made me feel at home right away. Great location, especially for people who take the NCL cruise as it is located right in the harbor. Nalu, the hotel manager, was amazing, he welcomed me and made sure I felt at ease after a long travel. The restaurant in the hotel is great, I had crudo and local grilled fish, delicious! There was an amazing singer at dinner, very talented and it was a nice ambiance for dinner. All the employees were very nice and friendly, from bartenders to servers. They also have a secret bar downstairs with karaoke, definitely check it out! It has a secret door that leads to a beautiful place! They also have a Photo Booth, where you can take pictures and send to your phone to keep the memories with you. The bartenders downstairs went above and beyond to make an Appletini for me, they made it with the real apple! I really appreciate all stuff! Highly recommend!

It was clean and the best location for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there.

Hotel located in the heart of downtown Honolulu in business district between Chinatown and the Palace. Our suite was gorgeous with a ton of natural light, huge washroom with one of the best rain shower systems I've experienced and the staff at the front desk & valet were friendly and amazing. Extremely large lobby with plenty of comfortable seating. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of downtown Honolulu. The room was spacious, clean, and the AC was ice cold. My room had a mini fridge and a solid place to do work (if I wanted to). Getting to Wakiki is an easy 15 minute Uber ride. If you are visiting Honolulu, definitely check this place out.
