Reliable, fast and reasonably priced. I requested a service online through their website and called the following day to follow up on my service request. They helped us quickly and were able to find our info fast due to the online forms we filled out. The woman on the phone also provided us an estimate quickly and everything was smooth and easy. We dropped off our vehicle for a glass replacement on the passenger side window and we were able to pick up the following day. I would recommend this business for anything glass related with your vehicle.

Found them on Yelp. Glad I did, the experience was awesome. I tried to fix my stuck power window and when I disassembled the window motor and regulator myself, boy did I mess things up. They removed, cleaned, and realigned my window and within an hour it was working. They charged me a very low reasonable fee. I am sold, and will only go to this shop from now on.

I HIGHLY recommend ACE auto glass. My mom's car was recently burglarized and a window was broken and the side view mirror was stolen (what fiend would do this?). The car was not safe to drive. Since I live out of state, I needed help planning a repair. Karen was very helpful and helped me to locate a window for a 2014 car. The side view mirror was a power mirror, thus very pricey coming from the dealer. I was able to locate one online for a fraction of the price the dealer quoted. The technician was very skilled and able to replace the mirror and window in a few hours. Karen kept me up to date by phone and they also gave me a discount for the repair. I thought the service was impeccable and everything works great now. I was very happy with the price. The technician also pointed out some other body repair issues to consider in the future. I would definitely use ACE again for glass repair but hopefully nobody tries to break into mom's car again!

A burglar broke into my car and completely destroyed the back passenger window. I called my car dealership and they were a week out on appointments and pricey. I checked in the Internet and the one advertised on TV to come to your home was two weeks out and also pricey. I was worried about my car being vulnerable to theft and weather. Someone in my building suggested Ace Auto Glass. I called them and I was able to get an appointment right away. They had a great price and it was fixed in an hour and a half. It was in town near the university so I could walk to my office. The total price was less than my deductible so I didn't have to file a claim and potentially raise my insurance rates. Thank you so much Ace for you fast, friendly and affordable service!!!

Ace Auto Glass on Betetania was outstanding. There were frustrating complications with my install (leaks) that turned out to not be coming from their windshield install. But thru it all they were outstanding. Super nice, professional, patient, diligent and genuine in their efforts to help me resolve the issue and find the source of the leak. Excellent local company. I give Karen in the office and installer Marvin 5 stars.

I can see why they have 4.5 stars. They DESERVE it! The staff there was spectacular! They're extremely nice, humble, and honest. What else can you ask from a business, right? They gave me a fair (for Hawaii) price on the part I needed and a straightforward flat rate for the service. They finished my repair within the day and even fixed a little quirk I found. Overall, I give Ace Auto Glass an A+ rating. Hope I don't have to go back anytime soon (well, only because car repairs aren't cheap), but wouldn't mind going back if I needed to. Wish they fixed other parts of my car!

Just watched an excellent mechanic on YouTube who goes by the title Rain man Ray's Repairs. He made a very good point about successful auto repair in that one must have good problem solving skills and customer service. Both of which were lacking during my experience at Ace Auto Glass Beretania St.
