Aiea Collision was very responsive and keep you up to date on the status of your vehicle. Scott T. was very professional and explained all the steps for the repairs. They made sure to arrange for rental vehicle as well. Great job, strongly recommended!

While enjoying the beach with family and friends one day, some donkey in a POS truck decided to burnout in the rocks, flying rocks in the air hitting several cars including mine, causing a lot of little paint chips and nicks all over the driver's side, front bumper area, hood and roof of my truck. Some chips so bad it went to metal. The truck left the area and made a claim with my insurance. Went to see Scott and Aiea Collision Center. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took numerous photos of the damaged areas. He was able to fit me in a couple weeks later. After about 3 weeks, I got my truck back and was very happy with the quality of work done. Thank you Scott and the employees at Aiea Collision Center for taking care of my baby. I would definitely would recommend this shop to others. The price seemed reasonable, even though I only had to pay my deductible for my insurance.

While my RAV4 still had paper plates..a gigantic rock probably measuring 6 inch in diameter crashed into my front frame and took out my side mirror on H1. After my shock and relief that it didn't go through my front windshield and injured me I called my insurance carrier to report it. I have Geico and decided to get an estimate in person instead of the on line one. Because my car is brand new (2 weeks old) wanted to make sure that it was a company that knew how to repair Toyotas. After I made some calls to trusted car friends a few recommended Aiea collision center. I am so impressed with their professionalism. They gave me a detailed estimate, then let me know when parts would be available. I took the car in and it was out in a few days. And when I picked it up they even washed it! The service was so professional and the workmanship was great! It was restored back to brand new again! So happy with their work I would recommend them to friends! Thank you so much!

Friendly staff and super fast service! My car was damaged for a while because I was looking for reputable repair shops and was recommended by a neighbor to come here, definitely recommend . They even color matched spot on which is difficult because my car has faint hues of "glitter" if you will. Got my car back in a week, 3 days earlier than predicted!

I needed some body work done and my friend who works for a car dealership recommended Aiea Collision Center. The damage was significant enough though where I decided to go through my insurance company and they too recommended Aiea Collision Center. They made the process so easy! From scheduling an appointment for estimate to dropping off my vehicle to get the damage repaired. The staff is a pleasure to work with. My insurance company said that the repair could take 8 days, but Aiea Collision Center did it in less than 3! My car is looks factory new! You'd never know there was ever any damage at all! I am so happy I went with them for the repair!

ACC did an amazing job fixing my truck's back bumper and tailgate. A lady slammed into the back of me a few months ago and bent everything to the point of no return. The turn around for fixing it was ONE DAY, which already blew my mind. Then, when I showed up to pick up my truck I couldn't believe my eyes. A shiny new booty for my 90's Ranger. Couldn't have been a more pleasant experience! I'll be back here for sure.

My new car was hit in an accident and there was extensive damage to both right-side doors, center frame, and rims. The doors had to be replaced, rims refinished, and frame corrected so that the doors would shut all the way. It was such a stressful time. I was referred to Aiea Collision Center by a friend. I am so glad that I had my car repaired by this shop. The results were perfect and they were done almost a week early. Although the car was excellently repaired, it was the customer service that really wowed me. I really felt like they cared and their communication was so thorough, professional, and KIND. Thank you, thank you! I hope I never have to have my car repaired again but if I do I will 100% return to Aiea Collision Center.

If you get into an accident and want your ride to get fixed right the first time, look no further as this shop is A+ all the way. I was so happy to hear that this place was on my insurance companies list of preferred shops as I didn't want to go to the shop Allstate sent me to (the guy's insurance that hit me). So far I have been here three times and all three times, I was really happy with the work they did for me. Scott who I'm assuming is the owner is the one who does the estimates or at least is the one who has done mine. He is pleasant, takes a bunch of pictures, asked me some questions of the accident. They were so busy that I had to wait for a couple of weeks to bring my car back to get fixed but that's ok as they squeezed me in earlier because I was really hoping to get my car back before a certain day. Scott took a look at the schedule and bumped me up. I was so happy that I could of gave him a hug! But thankfully I contained myself. I'm sure Scott would of been like calm down Ward, but yes I was that happy. After I dropped my car off I asked how long it would take before I could get my baby back, they told me up to three days depending if they see anything that needs to be fixed behind my bumper. 3 days was perfect as I needed my car back before the weekend. Another thing I like about this place is that if they know the insurance company is getting you a rental car from Enterprise, they will call them up to come to let them know to have the shuttle come and pick you up. Now that's service. As I was driving around doing my errands, I was surprised to hear Caroline's ( she is the lady behind the scenes, the master controller so to speak ) voice as she called me to let me know my car was finished. I was so thrilled that I rushed home to drop off the things I had in the rental car. returned the rental car and got shuttled back in time to bring home my baby! Thank you Scott, Caroline and the rest of the hard working gang at Aiea Collision for always, always taking care of my vehicles!

If it wasn't for meeting the owner upon my initial estimate, I wouldn't have come here. He was extremely pleasant; however, based on my several interactions with Gary, he leaves little to be desired.

I work right across the street and I didn't know they changed to Aiea collision. The previous owner was a super nice guy. I needed some minor rust repair done but they told me they don't do rust repair. Bummer, based upon the previous owner I know it would be done right, oh well. They referred me to another place but they told me they also don't do rust repair. Still hoping to find a good friendly place to get my bosses truck done!!!

I took my daughter's car in to get an estimate for repair. They quoted me an amount and told me the repairs would take 3 days. Dropped her car off on Friday morning and by Monday late afternoon they called to say her car was done. Picked up the car the following day and was extremely happy with the repair work! I highly recommend Aiea Collision Center for their great customer service, fast and quality work. Thank you so much to owner Scott Tanaka for the excellent service!

The service I received was as I had expected. I've use their service once before quite awhile ago. However, their service had not changed! They do outstanding, excellent; & exceptional work. They go out of their way to accommodate the customer's need's & urgency in ensuring that the repairs are done according to the expectations & specification of the vehicle's requirements. As a customer; you are treated personally by the Owner to go over the detailed Repair's that was performed. I highly recommend this repair shop for extremely efficiently.

Mahalo to Scott Tanaka and his staff at Aiea Collision Center. They did an outstanding job, delivered ahead of schedule and their price was VERY reasonable. I had a replacement body part for my vehicle that needed paint. Paint match can be tricky when there's metallic flake in the color. Not only did they match the flake and color, but they also did an incredible job with the clearcoat. 10/10 Would Recommend
