This was my first time there. It was a little warm and the women's shoe sizes were too small for me (my fault not theirs). But I enjoyed walking in there. The lady working was so helpful and friendly. I appreciated her customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service!! Got completely ignored when there was only one other customer in the store. Didn't even acknowledge me once, even when I was trying to ask for a shoe size. I would not spend my money here!! Hope the employee had a great chat with the customer!!

I wore a pair of aldo heels for half a day. I got blisters on my toes and feet. Went to try and return them and they would not accept them. I tried talking to the manager and she said some b******* about how they were in season shoes so couldn't sell them again. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for good customer service. The employees working there were really nice but the store policy sucks. Disappointed because they were uncomfortable but cute shoes

The service here was surprisingly excellent! The associate with the glasses (I forgot to get her name) was so helpful and patient with us. My mom can be very demanding when she's shopping, asking for multiple sizes in different styles. The associate grabbed every size we needed and let us know if there was no size left. We left with two cute pair of sandals! The prices here are amazing too!

Wooow, one of the only places I've seen that do no do return or exchanges for items bought on Black Friday! When I was there I wasn't told by any of the employees nor were there any signs saying that all sales were final. There was also no stamp or signature on the receipt for clarification of the customers awareness either. Instead, it's said on the back of the receipt which one wouldn't have known until AFTER they bought the item.
