I have read positive and negative reviews about the AMR Community Center and I'd like to say the negative comments seem a little dramatic. We moved here last year in October and whenever I had an issue or needed anything the staff was very kind and accommodating. I'm not sure if the people who complain are upset because they didn't get their way but this is a great community to live in and the staff keep it running smoothly in my opinion! Thank you AMR Community staff and maintenance for doing such a wonderful job!

Rude people, a punch of liar. Do not live here. If they tell you something, make sure their ass is writing it down and sign it, no get a lawyer, make sure you have someone with you when you sign the contract and actually read it. And make their ass wait for it. The military is notified about the living situation, and are having investigations about this whole housing group.

I would like to address how your staff feels that it is ok to address my wife like she is stupid or a little child. Customer service isn't for everyone and I understand but treating people with dignity and respect is a basic human function. I am at work from before the hours you are open and usually past the time you are closed. If I am lucky enough to get out during the period you may still be open I am usually traveling to pick up a child and shuttle them to an event. My wife works nights and between shuttling kids from practice, school, commissary and other daily requirements she is trying to get a decent amount of sleep in order to function properly. So the time that my wife is able to travel out of her way, because the office isn't conveniently located, I don't think your staff has the right to refuse a basic need for the household. My wife needed to replace a few light bulbs and the refrigerator filter. My wife was able to sneak in valuable time and be in the right area to address this basic need for our house. But because it's on the website, but not anywhere on the 50 plus pages of the Resident Guide, a one for one exchange is needed. And while my wife is in the office explaining that some of the light bulbs might have been accidentally thrown away, your staff states that they don't know which light bulb is needed if the light bulb isn't present. Meanwhile myself and my wife have been in the office when your staff has mentioned to other residents that the bulbs are all the same. As my wife is still empty handed, waiting for your staff to provide this basic need for my house I get a phone call at work. Your staff feels that explaining the "rules" to my wife isn't enough, cause I guess she doesn't get it, your staff feels the need to explain this to me over the phone. Not mentioning AT ALL to me that my wife is in the office trying to pick up a basic need. Your staff explains to me the "rules," again not found anywhere in the Resident Guide, how a one for one swap of the light bulb and water filter are needed. Which by the way I have asked for both items before and wasn't required to provide a one for one swap. I take this ample time to address the fact that other basic needs to maintain my home haven't been met by your staff. I mentioned that a couple weeks ago I address the issue of my automatic payment allotments weren't going through so I had to pay the difference in the increased BAH. When I took care of this I mentioned to your staff that I had some maintenance issues I needed to address. I need my home sprayed and my refrigerator checked out. Your staff member mentioned the online maintenance website, I let them know that it doesn't recognize me as a resident. Your staff took down the issues and let me know that someone will address the issues. I never received any call or feedback, after mentioning this to your staff they said they didn't see the work order and there wasn't anything they can do and to call the maintenance number. All While my wife is still waiting at the community center, your staff still feels like they need to hold onto light bulbs and a water filter because maybe my wife will figure out a way to profit from these items. I don't understand the logic behind a one for one, we don't plan to hoard all these light bulbs or sell them for a large sum of money. It doesn't make sense. My other issue while my wife was at the community center was the fact that as my wife mentions the refrigerator, your staff devalues my wife's issue and proceeds to provide her "refrigerator expert advice" that it's probably nothing to worry about. Your staff can't get their "stories" together on how to properly run your shop. Which probably reflects mostly on you and how you allow them to speak to residents who pay more then the house is actually worth. Again, your staff is treating my wife in this manner while at the same time your company along with many other privatized housi

We visit this park for our son's youth soccer games. It's a beautiful spacious park, but only limited shade. Soccer and baseball fields with a skate park, pavilion, and little kid splash park and playground.

This place is not military is it is open to the public! I had asked on a local Facebook group about splash pads because i haven't seen or found any and a tip led me here. The splash pad itself is very cute and they do have a playground for kids to burn energy at afterwards. Super clean and easily accessible. My son really enjoyed himself here.

Great place for a party or small event. Lots of parking. The Rec center has a lot of different activities for your guests to do... from watching a movie in the theater with theater seating and surround sound. Water play park for the kiddies with benches for parents to watch. Playground, skate park and field. We made use of all of it. We had a quick game of kick ball and a pinata. Our son's birthday party was held in the larger room which has a full kitchen. You will need an active military sponsor that lives in the AMR community to reserve and sponsor you to use the rec center.
