They have great security and lots of cameras on premise. The staff there is excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

As a resident in the building, I have found the staffs to be kind, accommodating, and readily available to assist us when needed. I appreciate the maintenance team's efforts in maintaining cleanliness within the premises. I also believe that the management is doing an excellent job. The presence of a decent-sized pool and gym within the building is convenient for me as it eliminates the need for a gym membership. I am satisfied with the location and find the people in the building to be nice. Given these positive aspects, I suggest that individuals who aspire to be good neighbors should consider buying or renting in this building.

I went to check it out and they wouldn't let me in. He poke his head out the door and treated me like trash. I just moved and trying to ask questions. My husband and I have great careers, I guessed I look too broke. Smh

A lot of the positive reviews of this place are misleading. They do not mention what is good about this place. I was at the pool swimming some laps and had LOW playing motivation music to help with my workout and the staff member comes over and tells me I can only play music with my earphones on. Do water proof earphones for use while swimming even exist? There was no one else even at the pool and it was 12pm, so it’s not even like it was too early/late. I pay $4000 a month here just to be harassed by the staff at every given moment.

I live at this place. A couple months ago I parked my bicycle in the bike garage and had to pay a $30 fee to do so. They offer NO security and have NO cameras set up in this area. Someone clipped my bike lock and took off with my bike. Their policy on stolen bikes is that they are not responsible for them. Oh, and you can’t leave them in the “common areas” of your apartment.Today, my guest came over to use the gym and the fat employee came running up from the lobby to tell my guest that he could be unaccompanied (I had gone to put on some exercise sneakers on). It baffles me how quick they are to stop someone from working out but do absolutely nothing to stop/prevent bike thieves and future bike thieves. $4000 a month for rent to deal with BS from the staff.

This is a nice building and GREAT staff that is helpful. The reason 4 stars and not 5? Poor insulation. I'm on a pretty high floor and I can hear EVERYTHING down on the street. It will wake you up so if coming, then bring some sort of a sound machine to help mask the noise. Also, I can hear my upstairs neighbor. She gets up at 4:30 am DAILY. Guess who gets up with her?? yup - me! I REALLLY want to sleep till my alarm goes off at 6:45am but that is pretty rare. I have had times I have wanted to walk upstairs and ask to meet the elephant and the gorilla that I KNOW SHE KEEPS UP THERE!!! But I do refrain myself :) Last reason for a 4 (and would be 3.5 if on this alone) - they keep the pool chairs wrapped in yellow tape. SO RIDICULOUS!!!!! It is outside, they can be placed 6 feet apart, all the other buildings around me have their deck chairs OPEN. I mean, come on friends. Please stop the nonsense. (If someone is worried about Covid, stay away from the deck chairs, I will use them for you! :)
