This is THE place if you want an experienced and professional care for your cat while away from home. The care and safety Satomi and Richard provide for your family cat is 2nd to none. They work with you and your individual situations. Their caring attitude is evident from the cleanliness of facility, the e z application process, the hours of availability is by far superior to any cat facility. They are pet friendly professionals with a family style service. You can do no wrong by being a part of the Aloha Cat Hotel ohana!

Aloha Cat Hotel is a fantastic place to entrust your pets for a while. Very clean and accommodating facility. The owner obviously enjoys what she does and takes great care of your cats while they are in her care!

The owner is always taking care of the cats. Provide them treats. She brushed my long hair cat.

Great place to leave your cat. Satomi and Richard are very welcoming and have flexible pick up and drop off hours. really It is obvious that care very much about cats. Satomi sent me a video daily to keep me updated. The place is clean and well organized. There is no smell as they clean the enclosures and litter boxes twice a day. She encourages bringing items that will make your cat happy. Will definitely leave our fur baby here when we travel again this fall.

A fantastic facility that caters to cats only. We used to board our cat at the vets when traveling, but she gets scared easily, shut down, (with all the dogs barking), and stopped eating. This time, we put her up with Satomi and Richard and, (WOW!), what a difference. When we went back to pick her up, (our Calico), she didn't want to leave! LOL Satomi sent us videos several times each week showing her eating, playing, etc. She answered all our questions, calmed our nerves, and provided excellent care for our fur baby. We are taking another trip this fall, and will most certainly be headed back to the Aloha Cat Hotel when the time comes!

They took such good care of my cat! It was his first time staying away from home and I was worried he wouldn’t do well, so we toured Aloha Cat Hotel ahead of choosing them. We had a good feeling from the moment we walked in. The facility is clean and has a warm, welcoming feel to it. Most importantly, we could just tell that the cats love the owner Satomi. Sure enough, my cat was no different.
We would board him here again in the future!

We can’t thank you and Richard enough for taking care of Chi! She was so scared at first, as expected, but with your loving and kind heart, you made her feel so comfortable.
And with the frequent videos, you helped to reassure us that Chi was okay. If a picture is worth a 1,000 words, a video is worth 10,000! It showed how Chi progressed and got more comfortable each day.
We can see just how much you care about cats and that you are helping so many cat parents, like us, who need to board our cats when we travel. You not only provide a clean, safe and nice place to stay, but it is your genuine love, kindness and caring for cats that makes you special.
See you for our next trip. Thank you again very much!

So glad we gave Aloha Cat Hotel a try for a recent 2-week trip. Satomi and Richard are clearly devoted to cats and took good care of our kitty. We received a video of our kitty about every other day, at no extra cost, which we very much appreciated. The rooms for the cats are well-designed and allow for movement and verticality. Communication with Satomi and Richard was good before and during our trip and their pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend!

Great place to leave your cat. Satomi is really nice. It is obvious that she loves cats. She sent me a video daily to keep me updated. The place is clean. There is no smell. She encourages bringing items that will make your cat happy. Will definitely leave my boy here when I go on vacations

This was the first time my kitty has stayed at a cat hotel and we could not have picked a better place! You could tell that your cat would be loved and cared for while they stayed at Aloha Cat Hotel ❤️ I also loved receiving videos of our kitty during his stay. Highly recommend!!

I have taken my cat to other cat hotels but this is by far the BEST! It’s amazing how much calmer I felt this last trip I took bc I knew my cat was happy at this hotel. Satomi is the cat whisperer and genuinely loves cats. The hotel is very lux, huge, clean, everything looks brand new. The cats have space to play and are not just confined to the tiny little area like other hotels, she actually places w them. I highly recommend this place and will always take my kitties here!!

Satomi was very welcoming and friendly. The establishment was clean and well kept. I was also sent a video of my 2 cats each day at no extra charge. I really liked that she let all the cats out of their rooms so that they could run freely and make new friends. She also kept me updated about picking up our cats since she would be leaving on vacation. My cats came home happy as if they never left home. I highly recommend Aloha Cat Hotel for your kitty boarding needs.

I moved to Hawaii with my two cats. One of my cats has allergies, and I am very grateful for the considerate and appropriate treatment you provided. I was worried because it was the first time for both of my cats to stay in a cat hotel with other cats, but they showed me the situation via video and I was able to leave them with peace of mind. When I went to pick her up, she seemed to have had so much fun that she didn't really want to go home ? I would definitely use Aloha Cat Hotel again next time I leave my cat there.
