Updating my experience because it's sometimes so frustrating to be in this store due to the level of bad service this place has become. This is not towards any of the full timers, their customer service is always amazing. The students on the other hand, it's so bad. It hurts to write this review, because I know it was not like this at all before. But the student workers now day? They literally just stand around staring you while you struggle, or they just follow you around the store not talking to you, or even worse they're not even paying attention and just talking then get annoyed when you ask a question.

It seems like forever since I stepped foot on this campus. Luckily, I still remember where everything is. I went to the bookstore at Campus Center to return an item I purchased at the Stan Sheriff Center. They were running a promo where you could get 20% an apparel item. I wanted a Nike Rainbow Warriors shirt, but they only had the green hoodie. They had mostly Champion Warriors shirts. They were ok. The return process was fast and easy. The guy working there just scanned my receipt and had me insert my credit card in the machine. The charge was refunded to my card.

Shopping in Manoa, Honolulu, Hawaii... My friend, Angel, wanted to return something that she had purchased at the University of Hawaii (UH) volleyball game at the Stan Sherrif Center. She knew that the UH Bookstore would be able to do the transaction, so I went along to take a look... Wow... The Bookstore seems gigantic and modern now! The choices for merchandise have really expanded! There are more products, styles, and designs for everything! For example... The clothing selection... from sweatpants to t-shirts and hoodies... gosh... we never had so much to choose from! Another observation was the accessories department. I don't think bucket hats were popular back in the day... I also saw beanies - which are hardly worn in the 50th State, but they would make great conversational gifts! The clear bags for stadium use were tempting. I like the UH logo... the logo was also on a Santa Hat! Well... I did buy some gifts... I know now where to shop if I need more! P.S. they also carry Eden In Love reusable tote bags - even a crossbody version!

Love this Place. From University class text books. To rare art supplies. To Friendly staff and students. Sport clothing items change frequently and per athletic season; therefore multiple visits through out the year are recommended. Air Conditioned well.ADA Entries and aisle spacing.

Masks? Some that works in the store is not even wearing the masks correctly let alone performing proper PPE procedures. Which means rubbing their noses means re-washing their hands.Oh. Tell the lady behind the cashier when handling money she needs to hand sanitizer between customers because her technique is plan right disgusting.Geez. A Tier One University should know better.

As a proud alumnus of UH Manoa... first off, GOOOOO BOWS! Second, this review is mostly for the rockstar service I received from the Campus Solutions' copy center that is located inside the Campus Center bookstore. Back in the days of being a student at the University of Hawaii, I hate to admit it but I rarely ever stepped foot inside the bookstore; everything is pretty expensive (clothing and UH merch is anyways), and I never really ever had the time in between classes. On the hunt for a printing place and copy center to get some cool Yelp schwag printed, my mom actually turned me on to this place! Long story short, she's a retired teacher who belongs to a few teacher sororities that still prints a physical newsletter that they send to their members. Frustrated with the steep prices of other copy centers and printing locations (i.e.-FedEx and Kinkos), she somehow managed to find this place! They are a one-stop shop for copying and printing. From start to finish my encounter with Campus Solutions was above all super pleasant and easy peasy. I found their online ordering page here: ( Once there, they have a pretty extensive list of paper options, finishing options (stapling, hole punching, cutting, etc.), and even offer other services like faxing, scanning and laminating. My favorite part about using Campus Solutions vs. somewhere else... their SUPER competitive prices. For a job that required me to print about 20 pages, on card stock, double sided, and in full color, cost me no more than $8. Compare that to the online quote I got from Kinkos and FedEx, the job would have costed me $40+. Safe to say, this place was a steal! The only downside I would say... finding and paying for parking on campus. :P Parking close to campus center cost me about $6 for one hour (almost as much as it cost me to print). All in all, my encounter with Campus solutions was great. Jake helped to fulfill my order and from start to finish he went above and beyond to help me out; he even did a bit of educating and gave me some tips for sending the job over to make cutting and printing the designs smooth. I cannot thank them enough for the awesome, stress-free service!

Everyone here was very helpful and kind when we came in. My wife and I are from San Antonio, TX and they made us feel right at home w/ their hospitality. I want to point out that the lady that greeted us at the door, went out of her way to help us find our way around campus. We left the store and sat underneath the tree to figure out where to go when she came out w/ a map and walked over to help us. That was beyond nice and so sweet of her. I wish I got her name because that really meant a lot to us. Thank you again for making our experience so memorable!
