Went to the store yesterday, although the problem has not been completely solved, it is not their problem, their service is satisfactory and professional. Patrick Ryan received me, I am not good at English, so we basically communicated through mobile translation software. In the process, Patrick Ryan actively and patiently helped me solve the troubles that AT&T brought me. This is the best AT&T store I have ever come into contact with, and their excellent service will bring better reputation to AT&T. I have to give this store 5 stars. ?

Great experience they helped me out immediately. Luckily it wasn’t busy at all. Got a new phone and was able to get my data transferred.

I had bought a new iPhone 15 Pro Max and was going to turn my iPhone 11 Pro Max in, as a trade-in.
I had to take it home and get the screen repaired to get the full $750. value for the phone.
Because of my husband's illness and frequent hospital trips and dialysis (I am his caregiver and I work full time) -- I was unable to get the screen repaired and bring it back to AT&T until yesterday!
No one had told me there was a 30 day window to return the phone -- so I missed the window for the trade-in by 10 days and now have to pay full price for my new phone.
I was rather up set over the circumstances of events. I wish I had been told about the 30 day window. I may have been able to get back in time!!

BEST AT&T BRANCH on island. I will only come to this one. Great service from Earvin. He will give you his honest opinion on the best route to go, money-saving options, battery-efficiency, etc. Come between 2-5pm during the week for the best chance at missing their busy hours.

Yesterday, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the workers at the Kapiolani location. The worker was an Asian woman whose name I prefer not to mention. I felt that she was unfriendly and had a bad attitude towards me after I canceled my insurance plan. Her behavior was quite unpleasant, and it left me feeling dissatisfied with the customer service at the location. I believe that if she had just been more pleasant and smiled, the experience would have been more positive for me.

omg. Agnes was so helpful and quick! I needed to switch my plan for my family and set up a hotspot for my line and she helped me do everything in less than ten minutes. It ended up saving us money too :)

Worked with Patrick-Ryan to switch from T-Mobile and get my new iPhone situated. He worked with me so patiently for over 2 hours (not due to him but T-Mobile we waited forever on the phone with them). I had my niece, nephew and other half there waiting. Patrick-Ryan was so kind and made our time there really effortless. He was a huge help and even played with my nephew and niece trying to keep them engaged (they were wanting to get to the beach and getting restless). I’m so grateful for his patience, time and assistance. The store is lucky to have him there working - awesome customer service.

Mason provided the best AT&T experience we ever had on 1/5/23. He was great, quick, and knew exactly what he was doing when it came to switching our new iPhone, trading in our old, and bill payment questions. AT&T needs someone like him in all their locations. Thanks Mason!
