Ordered a new phone for pick and from the time I walked in the door til when I left the service was top notch. Rod was the customer service representative that helped me. Not only did he provide phenomenal service but also was knowledgeable, personable and genuinely kind. I had a lot of questions and he was supportive and just the best type of human you could encounter. I also had my small daughter with me and he was kind to her as well. I have been an AT&T client for over a decade and Rod provided the best service I have ever had country wide. Thank you Rod, AT&T should be grateful for you :) Devan opened the door with kindness and Nala was helpful in local recommendations, just loved loved loved my experience. Get your phone needs here!

We visited the store after my mom lost her phone on vacation and Tezra was amazing! From top to bottom she gave me a great quote and was so friendly and helpful! Would definitely be back and ask for her!

I have not been able to log on to AT&T on my desktop. I keep getting a, "Sorry, Something went wrong... blah blah blah". At the AT&T store I was told that if I could log on to the app on my phone, I should be able to log on to the site on my desktop, but it is not so

My phone decided this was the trip when it would stop recognizing the sim card.
Happily, I was able to get a new sim card here. The employee who helped me out was great and it was all resolved quickly.

Rod was THE most attentive salesman that we have ever dealt with in any phone store. Our daughter's phone stopped working due to multiple issues and being a teen, it's her lifeline. The minute we walked in the door, Rod was looking for a way to remedy the situation. Jumping multiple security hoops, which we are thankful for, we were able to get her into a new phone within an hour. Being on vacation, it was one less headache to know we were in competent hands. I'd give him a 10 if it was available. Mahalo.

I ordered a phone online and brought it in to have it updated with my old account, but the phone turned out to be locked. I was, however, able to change my phone number, so it wasn't a total loss. The sales associate who worked with me, Ian, was phenomenal. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

they suck*** Customer service by crowding you at the door instead of asking what you need, they just want your name to throw you in line, All I want is to use the payment machine which never works and when it does the store shuts it down early***** they are not as kind as a sales person should be, if you are not a sucker buying a phone, they dont have time for you***
