I had an issue and with my cell phone not reading the SIM card and the AT&T technician Thomas helped me sort out my cell phone issue. Thomas was friendly and highly professional. He was efficient also, helping several other customers as I waited for my phone to update. I was very happy with the service Thomas provided and recommend anyone needing service to go to the Moanalua location.

Last week I came in with my mother because she desperately needed a new phone. We were in HI on vacation and do not live in the same state however on a family plan. We carved out time to get a new phone and Riel made that process simple. He is truly a GEM and I hope to repay is kindness in the near future.

If you want real AT&T services with quality and trustworthiness, don’t come here. Because this store is an “Authorized Retailed” which means that they are independently ran by private owners and is not ran by the corporate AT&T. So they have their own rules and they aren’t gonna care about how they treat you.My experience here was horrible, horrible, horrible, making me feel discriminated against, belittled and disrespected. And because they rejected to help me, it resulted in financial lost for my business because it was on a work day and they made me waste working hours (at least 2 hours).Ruel was the worst customer service agent I have ever encountered in my entire life time. First of all he asked me to tell him my account password when there is another customer right next to me. I did not feel comfortable so I asked him to let me put it in myself. Then he got offended and start being very rude. Therefore, since that moment, I can’t trust him anymore. So he told me to unlock my phone and go to the “Settings” so I did. Then I asked him what should I do next. He got irritated and told me to go to another store and stood up and left me standing there alone. Then he went into a room and shut the door and never came back again. And the other agent next to him was laughing at me as well and refused to help me also. And I asked for the manager, the other agent laughed at me and said “that was the manager” then refused to help me. I got the feeling that because they have some “power” so they can do whatever they want and they don’t care if they mistreat a customer or not. That agent (not Ruel, the other one) also told me rude words and told me to leave. They were very discriminating and refused to help me with no good reason. And by the way, I should also add this. I came into the store and asked him for help and said: can you help me recover my eSIM card? His original words was: “No, because it was your own fault.” And he laughed in a very disgusting way. So I instantly felt mocked at. He was a very rude agent to begin with. I should have never visited this store thinking AT&T must have good people to help me but nope. You should never visit this store. Ala Moana was much better and I got what I needed there. Don’t spend your money here they are gonna mock at you.I will never visit nor recommend this store to anybody. And I will in fact tell everybody this store was the worst store ever. I will also file a complaint with AT&T corporate tomorrow morning the first thing, since the office for complains is closed today in this hour. Because of their unhelpful attitudes and unfair treatment, I had to waste 2 hours on a work day and drove to Ala Moana to get help! This is an insane experience. If AT&T don’t do something about this I would have to file a formal complaint. This is not how a company should conduct their business.AND! Because of their irresponsibleness, it resulted my business losing one customer because I was on a work trip and in the way to see a customer. Because they refused to help me, I lost that customer. Then I had to suffer from a decreased reputation because I did not satisfy my customer. Thank God I am the Owner so I didn’t have to explain to a boss. Or I might actually get fired if I do have a boss. This experience is UNACCEPTABLE.(I will probably ask my friend to go into the store and find out the name of the other ride agent so I can update this post later. I want you guys to know his name so you don’t get that person to help you. They aren’t trustworthy)They are definitely not christians. Don’t trust the reviews saying they are christians!!! Who knows, maybe they create accounts on Google in a different name and wrote their own reviews.

Ken helped us. He was very friendly and provided great service. My daughter and I came in to trade in our telephones. He took time to explain the features of the different phones we were considering. Then he assisted with narrowing down the cases we needed. Great customer experience.

Alex is absolutely great. She worked with my issues until it got resolved. Ken has been there forever and knows what he is doing. They could use extra workers as this is a bisy location but overall they are great

Alex is an exceptional manager, who is patient and knowledgeable in helping with billing, plans, and phone selection. Her ability to assist me is actually why I continued with my phone service, as opposed to dropping it.
