We are overall very pleased with our experience at Audi Honolulu. Our salesperson, Darren, was courteous and honest. Since it was only his third week on the job, he had to often check with his superior for an answer, but I liked that he did not try to make something up and was candid about getting the correct information to relay to us. Darren was great in following up with the sale and being responsive to any questions I had. I would like to especially commend, Brandon Banas, the Audi Technologist, who exceeded our expectations in conveying his knowledge about the car in a clear, respectful, polite, and well-informed manner. Brandon was highly professional and at the same time fun and very easy to talk to. He made us feel comfortable learning about the car as well as in asking our questions. Thank you, Brandon, for making the car buying experience a positive one.

The entire team at Audi Honolulu has been incredibly professional, considerate, knowledgeable and understanding from our very first interaction through the vehicle ordering, wait, and delivery process.John is an outstanding Brand Specialist who listened to all of our ideas, requests, and questions and provided thoughtful insights, explanations, options and assurances where relevant.At delivery, Brandon, the resident Audi Technologist and Brand Specialist provided a fully customized overview of our new car’s features and technology in a fun and engaging manner.Overall, we could not be more pleased or recommend Audi Honolulu more highly. I want to say that my opinion and experience at Velocity Motors has done a 180 degree turn around due to the GM Mike Lafano at Audi Hawaii. Mike is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all. He gave me a great deal and has earned my respect and loyalty to Velocity. I'm looking forward to buying more cars from him in the near future.

Just purchased a new Q5 from Audi Honolulu. It was a smooth, easy experience. Our salesperson, John, was knowledgeable and patient. I didn't feel pressure at any point during the process. The Technologist, Brandon, was a great teacher and encourager as he taught us about the awesome stuff the car can do. Picked up my wife's new SUV on Saturday. Her salesperson, Robert, and their technologist, Brandon Bana, were especially helpful. Brandon kept me in stitches as he explained all of the features of my wife's new vehicle. We were both very pleased that she (my wife) had chosen Audi.

John Ohtani made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everything from ordering to delivery went extremely smooth. John is very friendly, prompt in communication, informative, and helpful. His enthusiasm for the Audi brand really shines. John made me feel like a friend and has earned himself a customer for life. I will definitely see him when the wife and I upgrade our vehicles and also tell anyone looking for a vehicle to go see him and Audi Honolulu. Give that man a raise. Mahalo John!

Very disappointed after purchasing my Audi from Audi Honolulu. Car had mechanical issues after purchase and it was like pulling teeth to get Audi to fix them. They were dishonest and then did not take full responsibility to fix it.

Awesome buying experience. Very comfortable and relaxing dealership atmosphere. Very knowledgeable friendly stuff. No pressure no haggling very straight forward. Bought both a Q5 and Q8 in the last 2 years. Audi 4 Life! Let’s Go..I’m Audi 5000!!!

I was fortunate to have Terrance Pittman assist me with my Audi Q5 purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He was patient and allowed me to navigate how best I wanted to before I made the final decision. He was very professional and seemed like whenever I needed clarification he was there to reinforce Audi's commitment to excellence. I don’t like writing bad reviews but I think this is my way of letting people know how something can be fixed and improved. Audi’s service to me has been very rocky. They are only great in the beginning when they are selling their cars. But after that, they don’t care about you. First, it takes forever to reach them over the phone. I have to call 10 times to reach someone. Secondly, when I had to change my battery, they charged me over $500 and after TWO weeks- my car started acting up. The mechanic I knew checked my battery and it was an OLD ONE! They replaced my old battery when another OLD and USED battery for over $500. I had to go back to Audi and let them know- took them the whole day to change the battery. Third, I called to asked for my car service records. I don’t mind them charging me $75+ for it but the fact that it takes them THREE days to send it, plus the receipt, is ridiculous. I still haven’t received it by the way. Then when I asked if I can bring my car (this was months ago) in because of this emergency thing that keeps popping on my dashboard and I told them I’m afraid of driving it- they said their next appointment is in THREE WEEKS! It’s an EMERGENCY, should this be PRIORITIZED!? I had to keep calling to finally reach someone who understands the situation.I can keeeeeep going. I feel very disappointed. I don’t mind them charging a lot- I guess that’s how it works but the fact that they give you the WORST SERVICE OVER THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THAT THEY CHARGE WITH SERVICE IS UNFAIR. I’ve had Audi for 8 years- this is my second car with them and I REGRET IT.

I dropped my Audi 2015 Q5 TDI off at the service department on April 7, 2023 due to a warning “no restart after 300 miles” displayed on dash. The service department contacted me and recommended replacing the1) GX 19 reduction pump for $1,630. A few weeks later they contacted me again said that didn’t fix the issue and recommended replacing the 2) J880-reducing agent metering system control module for $1,055. After having my vehicle in at the service department for 6 weeks, they reached out again and said, “ after much deliberation and after working closely with Audi we found the reason to why you are having these issues. It looks as if DEF fluid was spilt in the rear of the vehicle and corroded a relay and part of the harness” and the replacement would bring me to $4,400. Over all communication is really poor. I can never get a hold of my point of contact over the phone. I don’t know even if the first two parts 1)GX19 reduction pump and 2)J880 reducing agent metering EVEN system need to be replaced. They are going to charge for them regardless whether they needed to be replaced in the first place or not. Over all communication is poor and frankly I don’t know if I can trust Audi Honolulu Service Department in the future. They might come back in two weeks and say, “sorry we made a mistake and recommend you replace your whole engine. And that will cost you $15,000.” Lol
