Ordered the full package ceramic auto detailing. To include interior detail, clay bar, paint correction, ceramic treatment to rims, brake calipers, and auto paint. Was disappointed with total product of service. Although accommodating for my busy schedule the product performed on my vehicle was very poor. Interior mats were not washed. Had same scuff marks from dirt on mats. Debris in trunk was not vacuumed. Attention to detail was not met. Paint correction appeared as if nothing was done. Same circular scratches were on paint when I received vehicle back. Who knows if clay bar and paint correction was even completed. I clarified with detailer of what I wanted. I even shared a video on YouTube of paint correction done on same model of my vehicle in the mainland. Extremely poor job on paint correction. They had my vehicle for 2.5 days. Definitely not meeting expectations. Especially for the extremely expensive price I was charged. I was offered for me to take my vehicle to get paint correction completed at another place of my choice and then they would redo the ceramic. I explained that they had opportunity to do a great job the first time and failed. Especially if they expect return customer. I would not trust having full detail done by this company. Maybe a basic ceramic or cleaning on a new vehicle. Since it appears that is all they are capable of. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Talk about a an amazing experience. Customer service doesn't get any better than these guys right here, not only did they have my car looking amazing but they made the whole process super easy. They even provided me with a courtesy vehicle while mine was being serviced. John went above and beyond to make sure my car was looking its best before it left his shop.Services: Auto detailing

They did a good job in the interior but expect to spend a lot of money if you have hard water spots and want them removed. They were very honest about pricing and expectations were met for my vehicle being shipped. My engine bay hasn't looked so clean in years.

Sergio is exteremly professional and friendly, he stayed on the phone with me after discussing ceramic coatings and helped me on a detailing plan for my car. He did not have to do that, but was geneunily interested in helping me. Not many biz like this anymore. I really appreciated that he did not pressure me to buy anything from him. He just wanted to help. If professionalism is what you are looking for then give Auto Concierge Hawaii is your place.

You pay for what you get. These guys are top notch. Yeah, a little more pricey but the customer service and the products is the best. Had some problems on my end that I did and right away got a response and schedule to get it fixed.

Great work and service. Took my Ghibli for ceramic coating service. Car looks better than she ever did! The guys are patient and will answer any and all questions; I highly recommend. I'll definitely be back.

They are across from Neiman Marcus. Made appointment and they finished early. Fully explained what to expect when I dropped off the car. Will return to maintain car's appearance.

I decided to have my Tesla Model 3 tinted here after many emails with the owner Sergio about possibly ceramic coating my car. I could tell he really cared about me compared to some of the more robotic and sometimes spammy/annoying interactions I had while getting quotes from other businesses. I haven't decided on the ceramic coating yet but I did get my car tinted with Xpel XR.

My Porsche never looked better following the detailing at Auto Concierge. They were professional, thorough and friendly. Alex and Franklin were exceptional both in their work and customer service. The high quality work is well worth the money. I highly recommend.

Got my 2016 Murano detailed on November 17, 2018. My car looked brand new when it was done. Better than the day I got it from the dealership. The whole process took about 4.5 hours. Super happy!
