Got a car from them that has had no issues. The problem was their manners and being totally unreliable.
In the contract was agreed that two spares parts will be fixed once they arrived. Never happened, contacted them 11 times, in person, messages and calls over a period of two months. Moreover I got a fine because it didn't have the safety check. They promised to handle it, I ended up having to go to court twice and paying it myself.
Cero ethics, be warned that whatever happens to you dealing with them will not be fixed.

Will never do business with place again..
Bought a vehicle from them.
The vehicle had a check engine light on which they agreed to fix. Call week after week and they kept giving me run arounds to fix it.
I ended up getting a ticket from the cops because they reg and safety wasnt current which they agreed to pay for. 3 months later i find out i had unpaid tickets from the court house.
Ended up selling the vehicle !!

They just want your money no customer service at all and they blame RMV for the wrong information they provided on transfer documents so now after paid all runner fees I got take a day off and do their job oh and after a week dashboard looks like a Xmas light very sad as deceitful place !!! RUN

I met John Cron on July 12, 2025 looking for older BMW car and he was happy to show me one which they had in the lot and took me for a test drive. John is very friendly easy-going guy and he does not push you to purchase anything. He makes sure you’re happy with your purchase and provides all the information about the car. He’s happy to answer any questions. Everything went very well and easy and I purchased a car and made a new friend.

After checking out 2 other dealerships and getting the run around. I came down to auto X-Change and had an awesome experience. They had the car I was looking for at the right price. John the salesmen who helped me was extremely helpful, fun to chat with and answered all my questions. The entire experience with all of the staff was friendly and a quick experience. Paul and Sean helped us purchase a Corvette and Honda on the same day.
Gave us great service! After 1 week my battery died in the Honda and Paul picked up my car in Waipio and had the battery replaced and returned my car back to Waipio! Excellent service!

Just got done working with Josh on sales and did a really good job answering my question and such. Phil was able to get me to the price number I wanted and very happy with the over all experience. If your reading this review read the rest of them and understand that not everyone is going to be happy with their experience, I am very happy and will do business with Auto XChange again.
