Kelly and Kevin were very accommodating with my requests to inspect the car fully before test driving. I dealt with Kelly for the majority of my interaction with Automax and she is just a joy to work with. Positively vibrant, professional, helpful, and an excellent communicator. I visited many local dealers looking for a reliable and affordable used car but this one has been the most genuine and kind by far. Kelly was super nice and gave me time to explain everything about the car and I ended up driving off in my new Cayenne. Very positive experience and I would highly recommend this dealership! We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and got a great deal from Kelly. Car was missing floor mats but they actually ordered us some and just waiting for shipment. I was very cautious of purchasing but Kelly with her customer service made it pretty easy. Also the other guys there pretty cool and helpful as well.

From the very 1st minute I met Kelly & her crew, the car buying of a newer used car & disposing of my old car was a extremely smooth, consistent, friendly, knowledgeable & expensive procedure. Any suspicions, doubts, or questions I had were answered & I didn't have any problem understanding the info. Also, if you're trying to find a vehicle that might not be available on Oahu then head on down to AutoMax to see Kelly & her crew cause they probably have it and or will be able to get it for you.
As you can probably tell I highly recommend AutoMax & Kelly and her crew.

Excellent service and price. Kelly went above and beyond to ensure we not only had the best car for our family, but that we had everything we needed once we left the lot.
