I honestly wish I could put something lower than a 1-star rating.
I worked with AutoSource in the past, and I would highly recommend that you run as fast as possible. My experience working with them was extremely terrible. My fiancé and I were looking to purchase a Toyota bz4X, but the numbers that AutoSource provided did not work for us, as we were firm on our budget. On top of that, the car was riddled with bird droppings and had hair all throughout the interior. When we brought this up, they stated, “One of our employees was using the car. We are sorry for that we will clean it up immediately if you agree to sign the contract.”
As we were preparing to leave, they came back as a last-ditch effort. AutoSource stated that they would use a specific bank and ensure that the numbers we gave them would work if we increased the deposit on the vehicle. We agreed to increase the deposit only if the terms we discussed were definite. The sales representative responded by saying, “I can 100% guarantee that once I make my call to the bank, they will approve this loan and contract agreement.”
We were under the pretense that they would work in good faith and make this possible. However, this was merely the beginning of a long headache they caused. Nearly a month later, they called us back stating that their “100% guarantee” fell through, and the only option they had was an interest rate that was nearly double what we originally agreed upon. We told them this would not work for us, as we had already fulfilled our part of the agreement by increasing the deposit. At that point, it was their responsibility to find a lienholder who would honor the original rate.
We then spoke with the Finance Manager, Timothy Caton (TC), who reached out to us and was absolutely disgusting in his attempt to force us to sign a separate contract with numbers that were nearly double what was originally agreed upon. When we explained that we could not come in due to conflicting schedules, he became angry and hung up the phone. We called back several times, and he refused to answer or return our voicemails.
Eventually, we spoke with another representative named Rima, and we were able to agree on a date to come in and discuss logistics and numbers. The very next day, after coming to that agreement, AutoSource sent a tow truck to take the vehicle. We later discovered that Rima Brade was impersonating a sales representative when, in fact, he was the dealership owner and the same individual who created the so-called “fully guaranteed deal” that he ultimately could not fulfill.
As a customer, I am deeply saddened and left angry by how disgusting this place is. Be aware before working with them, as they do not mean a word that comes out of their mouths. They are snake-oil salesmen who will say anything to keep you involved, even if that means printing contracts they will later renege on.
I would highly recommend shopping anywhere else on the island rather than dealing with these slime balls.

Awful company, don’t plan on getting your car serviced here either. Bought a car here and when I was buying the car it needed an oil change and the tpms light was also on, they said it’s gonna be all fixed by the time I pick it up which that was false, not a huge deal but it took a month for them to finally respond and get a appointment booked and the day of the appointment I got a text saying no work was promised and I can go somewhere else for the work. Then I call in and say I had signed a form saying the car didn’t need any work so theirs nothing they can do… The entire process was so painfully bad 0/10 the car is also in way worse shape than what I intended based off it being super clean in good lighting.

First time financing a car and these guys made it super easy and stress free. Chris was very knowledgeable and an overall honest guy. He helped work with my budget to find the right financing options and I never felt like I was getting swindled by the car salesman. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Chris is an excellent sales rep. He let me test drive a number of cars, gave his honest opinion on the pros and cons of each, never once pushed me towards any option in particular, and on top of all that, was an all around fun, chill guy to talk to. Very informative, respectful, and helpful. Plus, the car was in great condition, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Horrible, don’t buy from here. Went to look at a 2009 outback that looks very clean and nice on the website photos. Show up and there’s a painted black flower on the hood and what looks like old maid service decals burned into the side and the paint looked awful. They had photoshopped the car on the website. The tires were also shredded and the inside was trashed. And they were asking way above Kelly blue book price for excellent condition. Insane. Clearly can’t trust them if they’re photoshopping cars they’re listing, don’t waste your time

Not impressed at all. Filled in the questionnaire online and were given an approximate cash value that Autosource estimated our car to be worth ( which was almost exactly the Kelley Blue book value). This seemed fair and reasonable. Unfortunately, once we took the car in to the dealership suddenly the car was worth -$5000 less. Mint condition car, low milage .... apologies for any misunderstandings. Waste of our time ...don't waste yours unless you are desperate.

⚠️DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE⚠️
I bought a 2019 Hyundai back in February. They said that they were gonna handle all of the registration and put the car in my name for me. Once I got home I found a handful of dead roaches in the car. Six weeks later MY CAR OVERHEATED on the highway. I took it to a mechanic and they looked under the car and saw a visible coolant leak. Flash forward 5 months later I get a call from auto source saying the forgot to do a safety inspection WHICH INCLUDES LOOKING UNDER THE CAR FOR VISIBLE LEAKS. Since the car was not registered in my name still.. five months later, I had to get a failed safety inspection and wait until the registration came in the mail. IT IS NOW OCTOBER 6TH AND FINALLY I AM DRIVING A LEGAL CAR IN MY NAME 8 MONTHS LATER. The entire staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and made me feel stupid for thinking there was an issue with their level of service. After my many times I had to go to the dealership I saw live roaches crawling around the showroom. My car battery also had to be replaced a couple months after buying. A lot of bs I that I did not expect buying a car only 6 years old. So disappointed and I would strongly reccomend buying from a different dealership.

Be very weary of this dealership. We purchased additional warranty on our vehicle. We’ve since had to send the car back to the dealer for repairs which should have taken only a few days (a Jeep wrangler… all parts are on island) and it’s taken them and their shop 3+ weeks to return our vehicle. On top of that, when we gave them the car for repairs, they had an event at the showroom and moved our car to an unsecure mall parking lot nearby and left it there for days then parked it at the back of their showroom and forgot to send it tem the garage for repairs until 1.5 weeks after we’d given them the car.

Awful experience here. I had two tires pop within THREE DAYS of purchasing a car here for $17,000. Was told by manager that “I should have noticed the naked tires” on the car before purchasing and they refused to help pay for the 4 new tires I had to purchase or the $300 towing fee. Bad experience, don’t spend your money here unless you want to be stranded on the opposite side of the island with popped tires right after purchasing.
