My husband went into this location at 10:30 today 5/24 and inquired about using the obd scanner for his truck. One of the employees, was an older lady, didn’t catch her name, told him that the scanner wouldn’t erase the codes that came up. After asking about it, she gave my husband an attitude and proceeded to tell her coworker that all mainlanders needed to go back home. (If we could we would, but we are on orders here and don’t have a choice). This comment upset my husband to the point where he left and didn’t want to do business with them anymore.
We’ve been loyal Autozone customers for years but after this experience, we will be taking our business else where. It sucks because this was the closest location to our house. Please train your employees into keeping comments like this to themselves, not where customers can hear them.

So , was in Autozone and oder for my Mercedes AC compressor, the manager checked my VIN and pictures of compressor. I got it after 5 days it was not correct compressor, they did a refund and ordered another one, but they didn't refund 26$ for the shipping . Then I got another AC compressor and it was not correct part as well, so the manager asked to me sing a refund 600$ ,but I spent 677$ she said "oh sorry I need your sing first and then I will return another amount " I said NO I don't want sing not correct amount, she said ok and signed for me and said have a good day . When I asked where is my money, she said bye bye . So it's not good if you send not right part 2 times ,my car 10 days on the service waiting for the correct part, I spent a lot of time and lost money .... not recommended to buy on this Autozone also name of the manager !!! Autozone has the best prices available, even outdoing O'Reilly's next door. They were super nice and when I found I purchased the wrong tools today, they let me return them with a full refund. The store is well stocked, the music is perfect, the aisles are clean and everyone was willing to help.
I will be back for sure.

Akoni was very helpful, got me the right battery and even carried it out to my car. Checked the engine light and printed up the diagnosis. Good customer service.

This is frustrating. I know little about cars, that's why I go to you instead of Amazon or Walmart. However, if you have 4 women working and they all know less than me, I can't justify paying your inflated prices. Also, the music was so loud that I could barely hear her incompetent answer.
