closes at 8 pm, called ahead to see if they can take our bags. got to the kiosk at 8:08, no more agent. they should at least wait until the last arrival. just not very accommodating, i don’t recommend.

Usually I am not writing reviews. Anyhow I have to make my experience public.
Over half a year ago we stored our luggage for three days. Afterwards my suitcase was damaged. I directly reported the incident at the service desk. Although I was told that the damage would be processed within 2-4 weeks I didn't get a response. Since then I am trying to contact SmarteCarte regarding their card.
Honestly this is the worst user experience I ever had and the support on side and online seems like they don't want to take responsibility for the incident. (The footage if the suitcase was damaged during the storage has never been processed)

This was located at Baggage Claim 18! I have two bags and need to store for a week, because I’m going to other island. Excellent customer service. And the pick up was very smooth too.

Wasn’t open at 7am so put us in a pickle. Baggage Storage should advertise their opening hours more clearly. Disappointing.

It was a little difficult to find if it’s your first time in the airport. It’s located near the baggage claim carousels for Alaskan Airlines. The prices are a bit more than advertised and if you have an item, like a small pillow, that does fit in one of the pieces of luggage you’re already storing they will charge you extra. But it’s the airport so you can’t expect too much. The process is simple and easy which is good.

The people were nice, and our luggage was stored safely while we were visiting Pearl Harbor. Would recommend.

Great service and overall good value for money. As another review has said, it is near Carousel 18 in Arrivals, no Baggage Claim E. The staff were super kind and helpful - opened earlier than posted to help a couple clients. Yes, it’s a flat rate for the day - which worked well for me leaving them for about 12 hours. Would absolutely use them again.

Great option when you have a late flight and need to stash your luggage. Staff were friendly. Only negative is the pricing. They charge a flat rate per day whether you need storage for 3 hours or 24 hours. Just FYI, the website lists location as Baggage Claim E (outdated info), but it's in terminal 2 near baggage claim 18/19.

Got off a cruise and needed a place to store our luggage until our flight in the evening. Great alternative. Reasonable prices. Line was a little long to check in the bags but easy to get them. This location was right at Baggage Claim 18 at the Honolulu airport.

I guess they have a captive market. We only needed to leave one suitcase for 2 hours but they charge for a whole day regardless. There needs to be a better pricing structure.
Also, I know my case is not over 28" BUT they measure including the wheels which puts it into the "extra large" category and the price increases accordingly. $20 + tax for 2 hours!
I tried to explain the bag was not 28" but was told their policy is to measure including the wheels and if I wanted it cheaper I would have to remove the wheels! Fair enough I suppose but not at all customer friendly. We chose not to do it out of principle.
Not fair pricing in my opinion. A stroller, regardless of size (which is way more awkward to store and can be heavier) is only $12. Go figure!

Rating 3-stars due to initially poor service (I believe it was on the staff at the time I was there). Got charged for the > 28” size (20$) instead of the 25”-28” size (15$) despite literally measuring the size with a tape. Also, could not even leave my jacket on top of my handbag and had to carry it with me the whole day (otherwise I would have paid an additional 12$ as it was considered as a handbag). I don’t recommend this unless you really have a necessity to leave your luggage at the airport.
Update: I left a ukulele on their counter and I called them to check if it was there. This time the staff was super friendly and kept the ukulele without additional charges. I believe we got unlucky at the first time.
However, keeping 3 stars as the service compared to others is a little overpriced, but it does its job.

Useful and gets the job done. Slightly pricy if you’ve got a bunch of small pieces, but it’s good that it is at least available. Friendly staff but location appears understaffed - make sure to not cut things too close if you need to make a flight, in case there is a line.

In Terminal 2 ground level. Took 10 minutes in line with 4 groups of people in front of us.
