Fast, helpful, and affordable! Battery Bill replaced the lithium coin battery in my car key fob in less than 5 minutes. And it cost less than half compared to buying the battery at the drug store.

The battery in my Chamberlain garage door opener, for backup power during outages, was no longer holding a charge to allow a full open/close cycle.I sent an email in with the battery model number and received a prompt response that they had the battery in stock at both stores along with the price.Went down a few hours later to the Nimitz location and they had the battery waiting, took in my old battery for recycling, and most impressively, noted that the terminal on my original battery was smaller than the replacement; they threw on an adapter, rung me up, and I was on my way.Excellent customer service, responsiveness, and pricing. Highly recommend Battery Bill’s for all your battery needs!

I always check BB first, others didn’t have a battery for my old Samsung phone but BB did. Replaced my Dyson battery too.

Had a fantastic experience with Battery Bill's ("BB") and highly recommend them. Needed a battery for a Dyson vacuum. Called, BB had the battery. Friendly gentlemen helped us with the battery and installed the battery at no charge. Process took 10 minutes. Thank you, BB!

Called to check stock for a Dyson Vacuum battery and they had it! So efficient and friendly service on the phone and in person! They just have a small window to pick up parts and tons of parking. Staff were so great, really went above and beyond to test out the battery in the unit, explained the warranty, and let me know about the extra free filters that came with the battery! Love that my previously "broken" Dyson is like new and so affordable to replace the battery! Thank you Battery Bill for taking care of us when so many online vendors don't ship to Hawaii. You are a godsend!!!

While having my car serviced at Servco Toyata at Mapunapuna, I was informed that my battery's charge was only at 25%. They offered to change it for about $220. I decided to go to Battery Bill's. It's just a block away, next to Wholesale Unlimited. Got a new battery for about $125. $30 of that was to have the mechanic replace the battery. Every one there from the lady at the service counter to the mechanic and his assistant was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Battery Bill's.
