Had major work done on our 2008 BMW 335i sport convertible hardtop which we bought new. BME has done a great job of maintaining and repairing the car since we brought it to Hawaii in early 2022. Very prompt and reasonable prices, and done correctly the first time. To be clear, a “reasonable price” is as good as it gets with a BMW.

Porsche Hawaii diagnosed a faulty transfer case in my 2016 Macan S with 11,000 miles. BME’s diagnosis was a faulty RF brake sensor. BME diagnos and repair saved me over $6,000.

If my memory serves me correctly, I have been taking my 2003 BMW Z4 to BME for 4+ years, I had actually received a recommendation for someone who had all of the cars serviced by BME & had moved to the mainland. He said if I come back to Hawaii, I would use them in a heartbeat! I have never been disappointed with their service or the staff’s professionalism. I would highly recommend this place if you want it done correctly!

Genuinely, I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Every staff member and mechanic I've talked with has been honest, reliable, trustworthy, and incredibly kind. I had quite a few issues with my car and every time I bring it in, I know that these folks have my best interest at heart. Mahalo nui to the amazing folks that work here (Leif and Layton in particular)!!

Came to get a reoccurring check engine light assessed after having spark plugs, valve cover, water pump, MAF sensor, smoke test, and more done at a different mechanic. BME did extensive testing on my MINI Cooper S Countryman 2012 and provided me with updates throughout the process. I ultimately took my car back before they could get to the bottom of the issue, as after all the diagnostics they did, they explained it may have been due to a faulty DME which is very expensive to replace. I was told they spent 7 hours working to figure out the problem and they were extremely kind to charge me for only a fraction of the labor. I will come back next time.

I was advised by Leif at BME when I brought in my vehicle to the shop. He is very knowledgeable and informative as well as the mechanics at BME. Their is a reason why the company is called Bavarian Motor Experts because they ARE experts. I would highly recommend bringing your European car here to get it fixed.

This is the go to place to take your BMW. I have been going there for over 20 years and I have only had superior service. The owner Votek is great and I worked with Rick for appointments. They are very honest and always service my car properly.
