Best Lamborghini dealer around! Go to the GM Richard and you'll get taken care of. Way better then mainland dealers and much easier to work with. I bought a 2022 Lamborghini and love it. Ordered another for 2023 and can't wait to get. Dealer is super straight forward and doesn't nickel and dime you. Richard is the best!!

They don't even deserve ONE star!!! Recently, I called the service dept inquiring about tires for my 2019 Lincoln Navigator. They are special tires and not available through other sources. The dealership never responded. This demonstrates, again, their pattern of poor/no service. We ended up purchasing tires that changed the whole ride of the vehicle. So much for maintaining the integrity of a luxury vehicle. Subsequently, somebody recently asked about our car because they were thinking about purchasing a Lincoln. We own TWO Lincolns and told him because the ABYSMAL service we would NEVER buy or recommend another Lincoln vehicle. He was startled about the feedback. We answered his additional questions. He thanked us for the information and said he will reconsider a Lincoln purchase.

GAVIN !!! This guy is such a hero he was at work at velocity when I noticed a cat stuck trying to climb into the engine of one of the outside model cars. I ran in and several men said to "let it die it's just a cat". And gavin came out to help spent 30 minutes taking apart the bottom of the car to pull this poor cat out of the car engine! He is such a sweet soul and we appreciate acts of kindness and good people like him! Mahalo Gavin

This is my second review following my initial purchase and pick up of my vehicle approximately two weeks ago from Velocity. This review is specifically about my sales person Jon Yoshida. Did I mention that on the day I picked up my car, Jon took the time to set all of my settings in the car? The AC, he set up my Bluetooth, paired my phone, timing of how long before my headlights would go off, etc. And today, he really went to bat for me to address an issue that I was very disappointed about. I recommend you consider Velocity Honolulu for a new or used vehicle purchase but don't just go to anyone- really- go see Jon Yoshida- because you'll really be satisfied!

The owner, Joe Nicolai really needs to step up his game. LandRover at Velocity service SUCKS! We were warned by a friend who has purchased Lamborghini's & Ferraris as well as Land Rovers from this place that the service was poor but we bought a Range Rover Supercharged anyway. I am sad to report but its true. Service is POOR! SALES was great of course to get you to buy the car but since our experience with service and parts is terrible. They don't return calls (Service Manager!). We waited weeks and made reservations for a loaner to put my wife's car in and when she got there today they gave her loaner to someone else. They said it was an emergency. I said well rent them a car I had a reservation! The first time service had it they were supposed to wash it and they returned it filthy dirty. I also own a Mercedes AMG which is next door and their Service is A+. Don't buy a car from Joe Nicolai's Velocity!

I usually don't write reviews because I am not easily impressed. But Sergio Ambrosino at Velocity of Honolulu has impressed me! He is caring, listens to what you want & respects you. He is not pushy, but pleasant, and goes out of his way to take care of your needs. Even months after my purchase Sergio is still helping me with the vehicle and any questions I may have. I highly recommend Sergio at Velocity Of Honolulu !!!

My wife and I needed a new vehicle in preparation for our first child. Inventory was super low across O'ahu for vehicles that we were interested in. We were a bit nervous about the prospect of landing something desirable. We went to Land Rover Honolulu at Velocity Honolulu and met with Sergio and we instantly felt better about our vehicle. We were initially looking at a more expensive SUV, but Sergio leveled with us and introduced us to the 2021 Land Rover Discovery. There wasn't any available vehicles on site at the time but there was one that was in transit that he helped us secure. Sergio, as a parent himself, was transparent about costs and functionality of the vehicle, patient with our many questions, and keep it real with us as soon-to-be new parents about what our needs would be. He added several very awesome incentives (tinting, black rims, etc.) that made this a new brainer. Working with the Finance Department was also a breeze. My wife and I are stoked about our gorgeous vehicle and now are fully ready for our baby to arrive. Mahalo nui, grazie mille, thank you, Sergio, and the whole Land Rover HNL / Velocity HNL team.

Just recently purchased a 2017 A4 in a manual. Worked with Robert Townsend to close the deal. Extremely professional and a true scholar of his craft. Being a mild Audi enthusiast, I had an understanding of the mechanics of the car I was purchasing, but even after the purchase, Robert took the time to go over specific features of the car that I wouldnt have initially found. At no point did I feel he was trying to sell me a car, more just catering to my needs and wants more as a person than a customer. If buying a car was comparable to buying groceries, I'd do my shopping here to fulfill my needs.

We are the proud owners of a brand new Lincoln Nautilus SUV purchased at velocity Honolulu. The Lincoln sales representative, Richard Alfonso, was outstanding from the minute we walked in the door. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle's features, answered all our questions, and was so professional and courteous. When we picked up the vehicle, we were greeted by another Lincoln representative named Dakota Frias, who walked us through the many features of the Nautilus - outstanding! He saved us learning time. We are able to enjoy our new car and super features immediately. We owned Audi vehicles for over forty years, and liked owning them a lot. But this Lincoln is special! SERGIO is the MAN! He makes $@(! Happen!! He's a no bs kinda guy and makes things easy and smooth. This is my third rr vehicle i had and everytime it gets better and better. Marissa the service manager is a narcissist and should be fired. She is not a people person and a terrible personality at best outside of work most likely. She was preoccupied on her phone half the time and not helping customers efficiently as I observed being in the service area. She couldn't even answer my questions properly and correctly of why there were issues with my R8. I can tell she has no clue about cars both physically and mechanically, I have no idea how she became a service manager when she doesn't know anything about cars. Audis are terrible cars and under the VW umbrella no wonder they are terrible and I hate VW. I will be buying a BMW soon after my lease is over. I'm glad I only leased and not purchased new!! I only wanted to try Audi as I had a Benz before and wanted to explore other brands because I got rich playing the stock market so I had excess funds to play with. To top it off the service team is a joke especially the manager. She needs to get an attitude adjustment also as well as a demeanor change.

The service department manager is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Marissa acts as though she owns the place. Her attitude is poor and for someone in a management position in the customer service field, she needs some training in how to do her job. She was also paying more attention to her phone instead of the customers standing in front of her. Velocity, do yourselves a favor and find someone to replace her.
