We shared an acai bowl. It had honey drizzled on top with a strawberry and 2 bananas sliced, granola bits. Very tasty! The lady at the counter was nice and our bowl was made within 3 minutes of ordering. Wasn't too busy inside (2 other people). The acai bowl was on the pricier side: $16 and portions were small.I used to come to this location before they changed owners during my college years over a decade ago, really nostalgic!

I went in for an açaí bowl. After standing at the counter for several minutes while waiting for the cashier’s to finish their conversation as if I was invisible, I decided to let them both know that their customer service was rude and that I no longer wished to place my order which didn't seem to faze them one bit.Worst service ever!

Good Acai, but waiting 25 minutes when we were the only people in the cafe as we walked in is pretty ridiculous. For this reason I wouldn’t go back. Also no atmosphere, no music, so waiting around isn’t the best

Only tried the espresso but it’s actually pretty good. Not the muddled generic coffee you get at many places. Has a slight point of view. Staff are super friendly and cute assortment of local

I used to come here pre covid and I LOVED it. It was my favorite place to get an açaí bowl. It was a little pricey, even back then, but it used to be worth it. They seemed to have a lot more topping options as well. I recently came back and the sizes, topping selection, and overall quality have decreased while the prices have been jacked up. Overall, very disappointed :(

We waited almost 25 minutes for a double espresso and a large mocha. They said the large was 16 oz but we got it in a twelve ounce cup. Also my double espresso was actually a single. Peak gaslighting when I asked about my order and why it had taken so long. There were also five people working at the time. Not sure why it took so long and our orders got sooo wring. Needless to say we are not ever coming here again.

This place used to be my favorite place for açai bowls but I think the owners changed. Came here for an açai bowl and they only give you one spoon per açai bowl and will charge you 35 cents for an additional spoon.. even if you tip. You should save your tip and use it for the additional spoon you want lol.

3.5 stars but not feel like rounding it up. I saw influencers posted their acai bowl on Instagram (again, can't trust influencers... but good to follow them for new places that will be happen since they will be invited prior to opening) also want to try their Jasmine Acai Bowl, since you don't get this at other place. On the menu, it said it blend with jasmine tea (although I don't really taste the jasmine flavor) the acai itself is not too sweet. There are strawberry, banana, blueberry and granola as topping. $15.95 for a large which can be a regular at some other places. It was good but not a wowowow factor that makes me crave their acai bowl. Also tried their lavender matcha latte (matcha, oat milk plus lavender cream foam). I can taste the matcha and lavender flavor in the foam. BUT $8.75 for latte is expensive than other places and too much ice inside. I think half of the cup is fill with ice. For this price point, I don't think I am coming back, but good to explore. Inside has free wifi and tables to sit down. Very spacious and clean.

The Acai bowl is amazing and the staff is always very kind. Everything is made fresh right there, they cut the fruit when you order so everything is kept nice and fresh.

When I crave for an açai bowl while I'm at Ala Moana, I go here! The açai isn't too icy, the portions are big, and the sweetness is just right. One of my favorite açai bowls on the island. You can choose between 2 sizes. A small or a regular. The regular is pretty big and is good for a meal. If you don't feel like getting an açai bowl, they also serve a variety of food and drinks as well. As for the ambience, it's okay. I do miss the old look, but it is much brighter and they have more seating. They also sell some local goods that can be good for souvenirs. Service was good too

Little expensive but so worth it. Best one is with the honeycomb and they have great smoothies as well!

Yummy sweet cream cold brew! Love that they sell local products that I don’t normally see in souvenir shops. Lots of Hawaiian bath and body products.

We ordered an $8 smoothie (Outrigger Cooler) and it was not good. It had a powdery texture and flavor to it which did not taste fresh. The only refreshing part of it was that it was cold. Looks like everyone orders the Acai Bowls here, so don't order their smoothies.

Food is good, service is nice, ambience is perfect if you need a little bit of peace from the crowds. They have outlets to charge your cell and wifi restroom you can use the Target parking near target and this coffee shop in on second floor near target. It is over price to be honest I love Kai coffee shop but it is always crowd but prices are $2 dollars less.

I always come here about once a month and it's simply a great place to have my açaí bowl whenever I need to cool off. The honey is just the right amount and goes hand in hand with the granola, açaí, and banana, strawberries, and blue berries. The snack itself is quite filling! :)Pair this with a warm hot coffee if you like! Will come again soon!
