If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I have never been so impressed with level of customer experience I received from Roul and his team. Expert level knowledge and it felt like I was meeting an old friend. This is your one stop shop for anything bike, swim and run on the entire island.

Owner helped me out and squeezed me in.
Left something on the counter that I purchased and they called me later saying I had forgotten it.
Great experience with all reps in the shop. I only go here now. It is worth the hour drive.

I visited to purchase bicycle wear as a souvenir for a child who loves road bikes. I was able to make a good purchase thanks to the beautiful and lovely madam who served me with great care. It seems to be a famous shop for triathlons. Mahalo ❤️

It's nice to see a bike/triathlon shop that cares about customers. While wasting time trying to find a small, insignificant part to them, but a deal breaker for me, they serviced a client tracking down a running shoe, helped a woman trying to find a bike for her son, and a guy trying to get his wheel rebuilt. It wasn't just the, "oh, here you go", both employees explained to the customers some of the background, pros and cons, and provided estimates of both cost and time. Appreciate the sincerity helping customers!

These folks are a class act. I've been a cyclist for my whole life. This is one of the best bike shops on the Island, and one of the best I've been to, period. The repair experts are simply that, experts. They know everything you need to know about bikes and taught me a thing or two, or maybe three. They also are very friendly and down to earth. I appreciate their patience and ability to not talk down to a customer which is something I see a lot at other stores. The store has a variety of bicycles, gear, and energy goodies. They also have bike apparel. Specializing in triathlons, they can help you with all your needs on land and sea. I have had them service both my bikes and the prices are very reasonable. My bikes come back to me looking and riding sharp. Well done!

No shop on the island compares. You’re not just buying a bike, you’re buying a lifestyle and their brand: honesty and customer service. From the minute I started looking for a bike Raul helped me find the right one, within the price points I had set that would serve me best and then ordered it to the island for me. The fitting and tuneup after is incredible. It’s free after you purchase the bike and it’s not a small task. The mechanics are master craftsmen and will get the bike fitting exactly to you. Mind you I am not a high dollar customer. I bought a lower entry level bike and received the same attention and perks as someone that walked in and dropped $7k. I promise you, you will not find better place than Boca for your cycling and triathlon needs.

Great place to shop especially to those are newby into cycling like me staff is very friendly…. I wish I got the money to splurge I would get a decent carbon fiber road bike from this place….. highly recommended??Local bikes shop in honolulu, hawaii!

Bought my first road bike here. You pay a little more than you would in other stores, but I can't understate how above and beyond the store went to make sure my bike was fitted and teaching me about my bike. Also went out of their way to help me find a few discounts. This place was recommended to me by a friend and now I'm recommending it to you!

Absolute joy to get advice from mechanics who live for bike stuff. Darren in particular gave awesome advice on training for mountain biking and brands to watch out for in our price range.We didn’t walk out with any purchases, but the customer service alone made us feel confident and trust them with a pretty sizable purchase
