“Tiffany was AMAZING! I had to go on an international trip four days after my Tesla was rear ended. I didn’t realize I needed to make an appointment to get an estimate but drove up and one of the workers told me that I actually needed an appointment but he would check and see if someone could come out. (I would recommend you make an appointment as I got lucky they had the time) Tiffany came out and did a quick estimate. I advised her that I would be out of the country so if she could communicate with me via email that would be great! She did just that and communicated with the third party’s insurance and the guy who hit me. Her communication was impeccable throughout this whole process! She made everything so smooth and QUICK! Her team did an amazing job with the repair and feels like a brand new car! I would 110% recommend this place for a Tesla owner!”

“I would recommend Nakamura Auto Body & Paint. Why? Nice, professional local guys. Price was reasonable. I replaced vertical trim panels on all 4 windows and total was $874.00 inclusive with tax. At the dealership I was quoted $300.00 + tax per window. So, if you're shopping for auto body work; Shop no more, Nakamura is the place; Support Local.”
“Mr. Do and his son Robert seem honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. They earned my trust! My vehicle was making frequent loud noises whenever I hit the brakes. Mr. Do drove my car around the block, heard the noises, and said that he suspected a loose bolt. After putting my vehicle on the lift, we discovered he was exactly right! Problem solved! I will definitely come back for my car repair needs.”
“Had accident early 2023 and asked around who was reliable. City Fenders name came up about 5x. Plus i needed something walking distance from Town. Took 2 wks for parts and 1 week for repairs(3 wks total). Was initially told repairs would take 2 weeks but was shocked when i got the call after 1 week to pickup. Now it is Sept 2024 and car hasn't had any problems.”

“As other reviews have stated, this Body Shop is trustworthy and has the following very strong points:
1. In terms of price, they are very honest and very competitive compared to other Bodyshops.
2. The car was returned to its original pre-accident condition, and the newly painted parts were exactly the same color as the original, making it impossible to tell which parts had been repainted.
3. Brian Hong is a very friendly gentleman. He kindly advised me on the process and procedures, and I was able to file my insurance claim without panicking.
4. Unlike the usual slow service speed in Hawaii, this shop repaired my car much faster than I expected. It only took 2-3 business days to repair and paint my rear bumper and right rear door. Of course, it may vary depending on the workload, but this was an amazing speed.
If there were more than 5 stars, I would have gladly given it more!
