Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. I had a great experience here!

Staisha is the best!! Wanted to switch carriers because i had to wait to do my upgrade because of my plan change. Other rep wanted me to pày full price for another phone all because my phone would not charge. As soon as i brought it in she quickly identified the problem and got it fixed within minutes!!! She is awesome , very very pàtient professional and friendly I highly recommend this location . Spectacular service , thank you staisha!!

Boost has helped me so much this past 11 months. I've been with Boost mobile on and off for years. I would jump from different phone companies but always come back to specific store on Dillingham Honolulu Hawaii. Mostly because of a women name (STAISHA) I will not dael with anyone else if she isn't there. She is so well trained to do anything you ask she knows the answer and if she doesn't she makes sure you get the correct information. Even if I just call there for a question I only want to talk to her. She is straight up honest and does not try to push you into buying anything else like some others I've encountered in the store when she is not there. You can see how dedicated she is to her job & I know for a fact they do not get paid very much and know other companies would pay her more with the experience she has but she is so dedicated to Booster Mobile. I really think in my opinion that the higher Boost Company Officers should start recognizing what she brings to the company and promotes her to the highest position at this store. If I had a company with such a talented and dedicated worker "LIKE STAISHA" at this specific store & I was the owner I would definitely make sure I didn't lose such a dedicated employee and intelligence as she is about BOOST MOBILE & it's products as well she does.
She IS the only person I will talk to about anything I need or do in this store bcuz she is the only one who can give you the correct answers or information. BOOST In it's self there is only one specific problem I have with the company. And that is "CUSTOMER SUPPORT & UP WITH ONLINE HELP" I work online and run out of internet on an unlimited plan within 2 weeks of paying my monthly bill and there is no other option but to buy the extra non- re-accuring extra data add on's which runs out with 24 hours at the most 2 days & then that isn't enough to get it to my next billing date so then I have to add on all three of the re-accuring data extra add on's which you get billed for every month until you call customer support to take them off your Bill. And since November of 2023 I have not had the option to order the non- re-accuring 3 data extras. I've spent countless HOUR'S with fir the robot answering service to direct you to the right person but always have to start with "customer support" tell them the whole problem which they see on my account as a on going problem and then try to fix it which they never can do I know some technical support people who have even promised no matter what the problem is he promises that he will fix it. Only to find out he could not. So since 2 months ago I've been calling and going through the process just trying to get the non - re-accuring extras put back onñ in my boost one options. The last tech said they would have to do a deep investigation into why it will not go back on to my account and would let me know within 2 days and I haven't heard anything. Whenever I use the non- re-accuring extras I have no problems with my internet but when I pay for the 3 different re-accuring extras it doesn't work barley at all online. It just glitches and freezes. And when I explained the difference between the 2 when I do have those options and that the Re-accuring ones do not work correctly and I cannot complete on-line jobs but still get charged for them
. Even if it shows on my account as it is being used of course it will but it glitches and freezes constantly and I cannot complete my work I've been going through this with technical support for hours from a different phone so they can reset my phone or do maintenance and I've done it many times because you can never continue with the same technical support person you started with and the problem is still not resolved and I've never been given any type of credit for all of the money I've spent almost every month especially for the 3 extra that doesn't work property.
