Welcome to the most racist place on the island. My white friend, my black friend (a woman) and I are looking for this hard to find place (no sign out front). A white couple gets out of an Uber. They walked right in front of our group. When we walked in, they were already usherd to the back. When we get in the lobby, we were told the didn't have a place for three people. It would cost us $25 a person and we could only stay an hour.If you are black or care about black people. Stay away.

If you love cigars and don’t come here you’ve blown blown your trip to Hawaii. The best cigar experience I’ve ever had, from the boutique cigar selection to AMAZING service to the intimate vibe, you’re missing out if you don’t stop by.

Rick and his wife has done a great job on the lounge and we're great host. I love the "private" lounge....Thumbs Up

It’s a little tough to find, but once there it’s a great place for a smoke and a drink. We were put on our heels a bit with a $25 lounge fee for the privilege of walking in that is only good for the day. Other than that the cigars and drinks were reasonably priced, and the Old Fashions were delicious. We were treated great by the staff and they created a pleasurable experience. The lounge fee needs to be changed, it’s a bit steep.

It was a little tricky finding this spot, there is no signage. The entrance is inside a chain-link fenced lot full of wrecked Tesla's. Go in the door, up the stairs, and to the left. I was so pleased to find a decent place to have a cigar, Hawaii is extremely anti-tobacco. Drinks are sold here, but you have to buy the whole bottle. We enjoyed a premade old-fashioned made with Knob Creek. Our hostess was very attentive, we enjoyed our time. I left her a large cash tip and thought she was going to cry, lol. I hope this spot takes off, we appreciate the hospitality!

Super rude customer service. I called asking about inventory and was met with disgust and disrespect. I work customer service and whoever was working Friday June 23rd around 6:00pm has no place answering phone calls.

The place was wonderful. The service was the best in any Cigar lounge I have seen. The two owners are super nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great concept. One of the very very few indoor cigar lounges. The in-house cigar humidor for purchase are very reasonably priced. Alcohol list is fairly good. Some reasonably priced options and some expensive. I'm here for business, so not likely going to come as often as I'd like. If a local, I think you should consider this your cigar hangout (other than your porch). Plenty of TVs and comfortable seating. For first timers, trick is to text - because it's not obvious their location in the 999 Waimanu bldg. Reservation system works just fine. Great staff. Bring your own food.

Had a great time! Rick and Elaine make you feel very welcomed. It's set up so nice. My husband was so excited I found a cigar bar on the island. Will definitely be back.

An actual cigar lounge. Reservation for $25 or pay $45 for walk in. Extremely friendly waitress. And its inside the unibody shop on the second floor
