Now they don't change the lights like they useto when you went for safety check. Usually they only at lights that are not working and they change it. They always concentrate on lights and windshield wipers. The service change so much now u gotta change a relector which has nothing to do lights. Before u get ur safety check. Customer service went down but I love the workers over there that check ur engine etc

Donnell at Burt's Union Services was a real gentleman! I had called asking if they could get me in for a car battery replacement that morning and he was quick to recognize my voice as soon as I arrived. Before we started he was able to check my battery to see if it even needed replacement & thankfully I didn't! He seemed just happy to help despite losing out on a business transaction in that moment. As a female customer at an auto shop, I was so grateful for honesty! He got a tip from me & any future auto business I may need!

These guys were great quick and efficient..... I came here cause another "muffler" service shop does safeties too but they were looking to score repairs instead of doing the safety check.... Horrible experience at the last place.... Burt's 10 out of 10 stars

I had a nail in my rear right tire that causing a slow leak. I initially wanted to plug it myself but to buy the kit and put in the effort would have costed me a few bucks less than coming here and letting the professionals do what they do best. I was greeted by Winston as this is a full serve gas station. I informed him of my situation and he wasted no time helping me. He started by putting air in my tires until Felix came by and said he could do the repair right away. Felix and Winston directed me to the side fence where Felix finished the repair in about 5 minutes. He instructed me to monitor the air pressure and to bring it back if there are any issues. The repair costed $15, which is well worth it for the amount of care and service you're provided with along with the initial problem at-hand. *Don't forget to leave a tip. They'd appreciate knowing that their efforts go a long way. I can't thank this place enough for the service I've been provided with today! They were quick, efficient and extremely helpful. I had a slow leak flat tire on Sundays and called Burt's Auto to see if they could do the repair and they were able to find the screw and plug the leak in 5 minutes. Good honest local boys. Glad they were open. Hard to find service stations that do repairs now days,

Full service is great! Check your oil level, wiper water and tires for proper inflation but the gas was $6+

My family and I have been coming here for years, life-long customers. Their service is amazing, always high quality work done quick with fair, honest prices which is so hard to find in mechanic shops nowadays. They do fantastic work and are reliable and prompt to get the work done and your car back to you. Customer service is always on point as well. I think the mechanics name is Jovan, He's been helping my family and I for years. My family and I couldn't be happier, there's no one we trust more than Burts to take care of our cars!
