They also have a variety of Meats to choose from, so if you are a back yard cook or a pro chef... check them out for pricing. They sell whole sale and retail, walk ins welcome and they do take EBT. Best to call ahead or just go in and talk to the ladies in the office to the left hand side when you go in.”

“Wholesale prices. But must buy in bulk. For example, must buy shrimp by the 4 lb bag or whole rib roast(7 bone)instead of the usual 4 bone at Costco or the grocery store. There is No showroom where you can go in and browse. You tell the man in front and he goes into the freezer and gets your order. M-F only and only CASH accepted.”

“I fell in love with this place during my visit to Chinatown from Seattle. My family and I were craving some Chinese BBQ, and this meat market had everything we wanted. They offer the freshest seafood and raw meat, as well as cooked meat and steamed rice.

I really wanted to try the catfish, but unfortunately, I didn't have a place to cook it, so we stuck to the cooked BBQ meat. It was incredibly delicious, and the owner was wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman named Frank, and he was very friendly.

I highly recommend this BBQ place to anyone visiting Honolulu, Hawaii.”

Wet brings a burst of sweet and savory, while dry offers a straightforward spam flavor.The spam musubi here at Middle Street Market is a dry version giving it a straightforward spam experience where the spam is the star giving it a clean, classic spam flavor. The same technique is applied to their red hotdog musubi.That being said the spam musubi here lives up to my expectations and more. the rice was fluffy and well cooked while the nori held everything nicely together. The portion is the normal size of any other spam musubi. Overall I would definitely recommend Middle Street Market because I know I will be back.”
