Birthday bauble shopping courtesy of dear husband! I'm not too keen on designer bags or clothing, but I sure do love me some jewelry! I decided on a necklace. Mei warmly welcomed us into the store. My husband felt super uncomfortable going in as he was holding our lunch leftovers in a drippy bag. Mei motioned him to come in, sat him down, and now the fun begins! Mei asked my preferences and price points, brought out some pieces to try on. I feel BVLGARI designs jewelry that is scaled to my size. Prior to BVLGARI, I tried on necklaces from the red and blue box stores. The pendant from one store felt too big, the other on the dainty side. I picked my bauble, Mei gave us BVLGARI chocolates and champagne...and Hawaii-pricing!

Zi Liang (goes by Z) is incredible. My fiancé and I were in Hawaii for vacation and we casually stopped by to see some wedding bands. Zi Liang is a master at his craft. He has a warm demeanor and is very knowledge about the products they offer. I enjoyed our conversation as he was not pushy and respectful throughout the conversation. All in all, he spent about an hour with us and didn’t not know we were actually going to make the purchase. We did buy the bands from him and it was overall a enjoyable process.

I went to Bvlgari to purchase a ring and the sales associate was very courteous and helpful. She picked the correct size just by looking at my finger...thank you!

Customer service was bad! Definitely prejudged my wife and I and made us feel like we shouldn't be there! Really didn't appreciate that! Maybe it was the time of day, maybe the representatives didn't know how to properly communicate I don't really know. But what do know, is that I had a bad experience. I don't know if they thought maybe we couldn't afford anything in the store or what but I honestly didn't like that feeling that they made us feel. Not the type of person that leaves bad reviews just hoping they work on their customer service and make everyone feel like a potential customer because you never know who's willing to spend what!

Attended the Modern Luxury Hawaii & BVLGARI Event on 1/9/2020 to support HIFF. A portion of the proceeds from the event purchases made will benefit the Hawai'i International Film Festival. Superior service from client advisors. The complementary light bites and champagne that was served was excellent.
