5 for amenities. 1 for the location. The amenities are excellent. Very caring management and staff. The location however leaves much to be desired. A lot of homeless and the building is next to the drug rehab center and an assisted living with people gathering near the center making it unpleasant to walk by.

We live here and we love it. The cleanliness and prompt service is probably why I wouldn't ever move until the military sends us elsewhere. The staff are friendly and put their best foot forward when interacting with tenants or guests. The only part of the building that is accessible to the public is the lobby and basement-visitors cannot access residential areas without a key fob or a front desk staff member. Love that we're safe and secure right in the middle of Honolulu's hustle and bustle!

Lived here for 3 years. The amenities were always clean, always working, and properly maintained. The walls are thick and I rarely if ever had any noise from neighbors bother me. Parking is safe and secure. Walking distance to downtown and a grocery store a few yards across the street. Great location, great staff, I will miss it.

Capitol Place is an awesome place to live. The building is beautiful, and the amenities alone are worth it. The staff are always pleasant and friendly, and so are the tenants. If you're needing a secure place to live and park, Capitol Place has both. Staff regularly roam the building (including parking, stairwells, etc) through the day and night to ensure everyone's safety.The condo is a very family friendly place to raise your children, and also a good place if you don't have kids. The gym with AC is really nice, and the equipment is kept clean. The kids play area is well maintained and is a safe spot for your keiki to run around. There is also an adjacent dog relief area that is serviced regularly to keep it clean. It's also in a good location in town - close to major businesses in downtown, and several hospitals. The easy freeway access is nice, and major grocery stores are nearby.
