My First Cartier Experience
I had an appointment scheduled for a few days later, but my husband and I decided to stop by on our way from the beach to the hotel. We were helped by Kelly, and honestly, it was the best luxury store experience we’ve had in Hawaii in the past three years.
We were looking for sunglasses and also wanted to try on some jewelry for our upcoming anniversary. Kelly was amazing—she really listened to what we needed and offered great advice without being pushy. We had a few items in mind already, but she still guided us in a thoughtful and respectful way.
While trying on bracelets, she noticed one was too big and suggested I try both sizes together. That helped me realize I needed the smaller one—she didn’t push me but helped me make the decision confidently. Same with the rings—she pointed out subtle differences, like the thickness of a diamond ring, which I might not have noticed but realized would bother me since I work a lot on the computer.
Kelly was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. This kind of service is what makes us want to come back. We really enjoyed our visit—thank you, Kelly! We’ll definitely be back soon.

I had such a wonderful experience with Erica at the Cartier boutique. My husband and I were greeted warmly and all of the displays were exquisite. Erica showed me the whole Love collection and helped me choose some beautiful pieces. She was so knowledgeable and also hilarious - we were laughing like old friends by the time we left. Definitely call and make an appointment with Erica!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Camy and her team at Cartier, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their service and professionalism. From the very beginning, Camy was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. When I experienced a mechanical issue with one of my pieces, her team handled the situation with the utmost care and urgency.
Rather than a long, drawn-out process, Cartier stood firmly behind the quality of their craftsmanship. Camy personally ensured that my piece was replaced promptly, and without hassle. It’s this level of dedication and integrity that makes investing in luxury goods at Cartier not only worthwhile but reassuring.
In a world where after-sales service can sometimes be an afterthought, Camy and her staff exemplify what true luxury service should be. I unfortunately can't say I've had the same experience with a few other luxury brands. Cartier's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has earned my loyalty for years to come.
I won't think twice to purchase my Cartier pieces from this boutique specifically. Highly recommended.

I went there with my friends a couple days but the Chinese lady who works there was not nice to us so we left to not buying anything but I wanted to buy a love ring so I went there today and Japanese staff named Makiko was so nice and she made me feel I want to buy it from her so I bought it today. She even gave me some recommendations of restaurants in Hawaii. I just wanted to say thank you for the great service. I am happy that I could buy it from her x

Went straight to the store right after landing at the airport with my wife back on October 6th. Politely greeted by Ola bought a pair of bracelets and a watch for my wife’s 18th anniversary . Ola also managed to get the leather bracelet for the cartier watch on the day before we headed back to the Bay Area.
Wife and I had a great experience at the store and will definitely return in the future

Good morning! Im writing this to express my special thanks to the brilliant sales Erica Au. She really helped a lot since we first met during our vacation in Hawaii. She’s very friendly, helpful, and patient. And she really cares about helping us find the best diamond that perfectly suits our needs. Unfortunately we decided to purchase the diamond from a closer store near our home. But I’d love to stress that it’s her that help us locate the diamond we ever wanted! I really really appreciate her service. I would recommend her to any of my friend!

Thanks to Kelly for her genuine service. I had 3 visits, first by myself, second time with my long distance boyfriend (then) to check size/design to confirm and today (my third visit) to purchase rings with my fiancé (now) :-) Throughout all these visits, Kelly was very attentive, kind and thoughtful. She made our visits very pleasant, and also walked us through all the services available to us after purchase (engraving and sizing, etc). Thank you for making our special day more special. FYI, she speaks Korean :-)

Had such a lovely first experience shopping here while I was visiting in Hawaii last weekend! Travis took good care of me and explained in details the different pieces I had questions on. Left with my first purchase of the love ring. :) not even one full week yet, I texted Travis for a necklace to be shipped to my residence in CA. He showed me the piece I requested and then also offered to show a necklace from another collection, which I ended up getting. Highly recommend asking for Travis if you're visiting the store. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

Travis (my SA) was the best! He took his time, I was able to take my time, without feeling rushed or obligated to make a decision! He made sure I saw everything I wanted to see. And was able to style and show some pieces I wasn’t expecting! Thanks this location for a great experience!

Had a lovely experience at this location. Note that they did move next to Bath and Body Works, so initially we just had some trouble finding the store as google maps directed us toward the old location. We were greeted warmly and I was paired with Wendy as my SA. She was so so nice, I truly appreciated the care she took to let me try on items. She offered to clean my other Cartier jewelry as I also decided to purchase the small Juste un Clou with diamonds. They offered us drinks while we waited, just a great experience altogether. First of all, I want to give a big THANK YOU to Kevin for his exceptional customer service. I was looking for a blue or green dial Cartier Santos but unsure of the size. He allowed me to try both dials in different sizes, which made me set and fall in love with the large green dial. He even imparted the history of the Cartier Santos and it’s quirks. I had family with me and he treated them with respect, kindness, and brought drinks and snacks. All in all, thank you Kevin and all the staff at Cartier for the amazing experience.
