BEWARE OF THE REPS SELLING YOU DEFECTIVE ITEMS!!! We were sold a Love Bracelet with 6 diamonds that had a defective bracelet closing system!When I was trying on the bracelet, the rep (who no longer works there) told me the closing system worked that way - that the two ends of the bracelet did not line up directly with each other and were offset by a little. The rep told us that was "normal". We didn't know any better since it was our first Cartier purchase.A few months ago, I went to get the bracelet cleaned at a different Cartier store. This was when I was informed that the bracelet had a defect! I then had the bracelet sent to the New York store to get a diagnosis of what was wrong.Turns out the bracelet closing system is broken and would have to be reproduced for a cost of $2,100! We were shocked since we were sold the bracelet in this condition. It is not right that we now we have to pay for it to be corrected... The management team couldn't do anything for us, so we're stuck with this lemon.I hate to write this review since we have made multiple purchases at this location before we found out we were sold a defective item. Cannot believe Cartier would even allow defective items in their inventory to be purchased in the first place.

Last week we went to here to get my trinity ring, Ms Austin is very helpful and kindly, my first Cartier trip went very smoothly and feel been treated great. I love my ring and highly recommend her.

We interacted with three sales associates during our visit, and while the first one left a positive impression by being incredibly friendly and helpful, the other two were merely okay. It seemed like a matter of luck as to which associate you encountered that day, the experience could vary a lot.When we made our purchase, the first sales associate went above and beyond, providing valuable insights about the various product options, which was extremely helpful. Without her, we might have ended up with a fragile design without even knowing it.In contrast, the other two associates were not as impressive, and somewhat careless. Our overall satisfaction was greatly influenced by the exceptional assistance from the first sales associate, particularly when we compared our experience to other luxury stores which were much worse most of the time.The encounters with the other associates did slightly diminish our initial excitement, making us even more appreciative of the first sales associate. It's perplexing why some people in these stores can be less than polite.I know all their names but prefer not to start any drama. It’s understandable that everyone's dealing with their own life challenges, but customers shouldn't face attitudes, just as no salesperson should be treated poorly.

While on vacation in Hawaii, I wanted to buy my husband a new yellow gold wedding band for our 20 year anniversary as a special surprise for him. I tried booking an appointment online for the following day, but since there was no availability, I called the store and spoke with someone who was extremely helpful and booked me an appointment for my preferred time on the day I wanted.From beginning to end, Kevin Sugimoto, was an absolute delight and helped me select the perfect new wedding band for my husband. He made me feel comfortable and welcome at this lovely Cartier location. His level of service far exceeded any of the luxury stores in Southern California where I typically shop, and truly made the experience wonderful. Kevin was an expert on ring sizing, fit, and all things Cartier.My husband loves his new yellow gold Cartier wedding band and prefers it to his old platinum band. Going home with a Cartier “souvenir“ from Hawaii was memorable, and we will definitely visit this Cartier location in the future for another treat. Kevin went above and beyond in helping me create the perfect 20 year wedding anniversary memory that will last a lifetime.

We had an appointment on Friday at 10am and was greeted so kindly by the security doorman and the SA that confirmed our appointment. We were then helped by Rumi Huynh who was so sweet and so kind. She's so friendly and animated and our rambunctious three year old loved her, too. Great staff at this store! Highly recommend shopping here.

Really loved my experience at the boutique and the SA who helped me was so nice and informative on what I was looking for. I didn't feel rushed at all and we took our time looking different styles. She also let me try on different sizes and provided her recommendations on what would work best for me. The SA also took her time gift wrapping it. Overall I had an amazing time at this boutique!

Ahhhhh my last day in Oahu, I was just window shopping at Cartier for fun but Erica insisted I try on some cute little bracelet and sold me on a love collection to add to my arm candy. Thank you for your help and kindness in showing me all the collections. I love shopping in Hawaii! Mahalo Erica!

The system was down so couldn’t make an appt before going. At the door we were greeted kindly and asked what we wanted to see. We waited an hour and came back. Everyone was nice, but I felt rushed. We were standing at the counter trying on the Love bracelets and a couple were seated directly behind us about 10 minutes into our appt.which was odd; why did I only have 10 minutes alone with the sales person? (Did you think we were not buying when we scheduled our appt at the door?). I said I wanted to look around. I thought the sales gal would help the couple and I would browse.Instead she followed me around. Which, was odd. I decided to get the bracelet and there was a feeling of being rushed the whole time. It was not special at all. No aftercare talk. Twice, I asked if I could wear the bracelet in the shower and pool, and was told yes, twice, but that was the extend of it. Luckily, I knew what I wanted, read the reviews before going, and had low expectations for customer service. The gal was nice, but the rushed feeling wasn’t Cartier level. I even asked her when checking out if she was the only salesperson. (Remember the couple seated directly behind us?) That was uncouth. As far as we’re concerned, it’s not Cartier level and they need to represent better. My Cartier Ballon Bleu purchase at a different locale was superior to this store.

Last time I visited Cartier, we did not make an appointment and we have to wait and we end up leaving with out check anything out, this time, after shopping at Hermes, we walked by the decided to go in to check it out again without an appointment, surprisingly we don't have to wait and someone come to take care us within 3 minutes. We shops at all the high end stores inside Ala Moana shopping center and kind of know how each and every stores greet and treat their customers. The lady who help us was very patience, my wife asked for all the difference sizes, styles to try them out. While my wife was shopping, I walked around and check out the store and noticed they do have a lot of staffs on board. At the end, we can not make up our mind on what to get, so the lady kindly gave us her business card and wrote down the information of our items in case we decided to go back to purchase it. I will see if which store win my wife's heart this round.

Kevin is always top notch customer service. He is the reason I shop at cartier. And the only person I will buy from. I'm sure others are professional also but for me, Kevin goes above and beyond. Thank u cartier for having him as an employee.
