While on a recent vacation, my husband and I stopped by the store to check out a handbag I had been eyeing online for months. Desmond was so friendly and patient. He provided other styles and colors for me to try on as I deliberated on the phone with my mom. When waiting to check out, he even provided some champagne to celebrate my first handbag purchase and birthday. Shoutout to Desmond for making it such a relaxing and memorable experience.

Eric is amazing. Great customer service. Pleasant individual who takes the time to genuinely engage. You can tell he enjoys his job and goes above and beyond for customers. My wife and I are in Hawaii on vacation and frequent to Celine store in Beverly Hills and we felt very welcomed and at home here. Would recommend if you are shopping here ask for Eric. 10 stars of service. Excellent

Went in to purchase a pair of sunglasses. They did not have the color I wanted so my SA kindly offered to order them for me. She was attentive and pleasant. There are two styles of fit. My job is optical so, I know all about frames, glasses, lenses etc. I specifically ordered the style with the nose pads so that they will accommodate my lashes lol. Yes, those little details make a difference. Order placed and payment made. After a week the associate texts me that there is a delay and they need to find it! So she kept me updated which was great. Second week coming up and confusion. Told it was here only to find out it's not. By this time I'm upset and informed them if it does not come in I would like a refund. She agreed and a few days later later it arrived. I went to Ala Moana to pick up my new sunnies. It was busy and I guess whoever sold it to you needs to assist you so I waited. When it was brought out it was not the one I ordered. She tried to say it was correct. I informed her she was wrong. I asked her to look at the display sun, it had nose pads. She then brought me a display of the glasses I ordered to show me the difference. She informed me I could have this one. It had finger prints all over the lenses. Now she just insulted me even more. I then told her I ordered a brand new one, this one you want to give me has been handled and is dirty! Rude! For $510 plus tax I expect NO one to have worn it. Needless to say I left with I'm sorry and that's it. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a luxury brand. I will never patronize Celine again.

They have a good selection of products and some new items.The female store manager helped me a lot, and she can speak Japanese, which was very helpful.I bought a wallet as a present for my wife, and she explained to me what to do in Japan if it broke and needed repair, which was really nice❗️

I would never recommend this store and I live Oahu. Honestly these people are trash because they treat you like you're trash or that's how I felt when I went in there wanting to buy and outfit. It's better to shop online then go to the store because they are all up tight, sad, ignorant and rude people. You're better off going to the mainland and buying and shipping to Hawai'i it's better.

I was on vacation in Hawaii and went to the Celine store at Ala Moana looking to buy the Triomphe handbag. I met Eric and he was so wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. Eric was very kind and not pushy, he was able to guide me to find the right bag! I had an amazing experience shopping at Celine in Hawaii due to Eric's assistance. I would recommend him to anyone!

I have had the pleasure of working with Eric. I bought 2 Celine nanos in prestige condition. This would not have been possible without Eric. He makes the process so seamless and stress free. I wear my bag all the time! The customer service is absolutely amazing. If you are in the area, make your day better and shop with Eric! I will continuously purchase from this boutique only. Went there to order a runway piece and the friendly sales rep Eric did me a huge favor. he transferred the last piece from company for me and all the jobs he has done was gorgeous. I was enjoying a shopping day with my girlfriends and one of them suggested we stop in at Celine. While I had no intention of purchasing anything that day, I am so glad we stopped by! I found an item that I could not leave the store without purchasing and Eric made my shopping experience at Celine even better. Eric is extremely knowledgeable about the products (as well as the competitors products) and very personable. What a fun time shopping at Celine! I will definitely be back.
