I ordered yen last week and they gave it to me 30,000 in 2000 and 1000's. WTF. I understand there must be TONS of request for yen now. I ASKED them to call the main branch to see if they have bigger denominations and he REFUSED to even call for me. Gave me excuses after excuses after excuses without any compassion. What an asshole!

At the end of the day, your money is not your own. Through a misnomer third party operation they call fraud prevention, they trip you up and block your card if you spend your money at a disapproved entities/locations. Despite all my best efforts, they messed me up twice and I am now ready to throw in the towel. Bring me a bank that does not make me miserable with their digital overlord activities!!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. Unhelpful had to wait to days to resolve an issue that could have been handled in 5 minutes. Will never bank here again and will tell everyone not to bank here either. Many other great banks and credit unions out there. Avoid this at all costs.

Convenient location with ample parking in the adjacent lot, this bank has an outside ATM, which is convenient for patrons of the restaurants, auto supply, salons, city and county satellite office, and more in this center. I don't have ann account here, I just use the ATM. On the plus side, this ATM allows you to select the bill denomination - with the exception of $10 bills. On the negative side, it charges $4.50 per withdrawal if you're not a member, which is one of the highest charges I've seen anywhere.

Great service my cards was stolen at 3:00 am .i called Cpb at 4:00 to report it stolen they blocked it . I went to the Hawai'i Kai cpb and they made me and card. Just great phone service and clear explanation . Been banking with them for over 40 years .

This branch is by far my favorite on the island. Everyone is friendly and pleasant; we'd rather drive out the Hawaii Kai than to go to the branch inside Don Quijote. This particular branch really feels like your neighborhood bank. We usually see Alden and he's always ready to help and friendly. I feel like a valued customer. Thanks, everyone.

Well, one time favorite bank. Why? Don't know. Recently, was subjected verification. Products mediocre. Service mediocre. Old running the company. Middle customer service and honestly boring bank. I think I'm going to switch soon.
