When I first walked in CPB Waikiki Branch, Ms. Megumi Haley helped me open new account. She was very pleasant to deal with, explained all account features services, and answer my questions clear and concise, enter all my information, make arrangement with credit card agency and reverse mortgage dept. in timely manner. Usually opening account is time consuming procedure, and I was dreading about it, but she made everything so easy. When I had issues with check deposit and credit card application, she immediately got involved and solved the problems. I feel that I can count on her!

Horribly rude lazy customer service. Find a different job if you are so miserable. I knew when I saw the clerk he was in an uppity mood and gave me a hard time from my end. I just wanted to deposit a check, a very simple task on his part. After a minute or I told him to give me the check back as I couldn't stand his negative energy permeating my being any longer.

Had CPB Account for half a decade. Must say Every time I stay at the Hyatt Centric I can't believe how convenient this Bank is to the Hotel I can get money at my disposal The staff is great there there so nice and I'm happy to report that every transaction that I have ever done at this transaction that I have done it this branch it was fast and efficient and I was out within five minutes talk about great service
