CPB uses Dovenmuehle Mortgage in Illinois as their customer service department for all things mortgage. Besides Dovenmuehle being a bear to deal with (never talk with the same person twice, email is inbound only, each representative has their own take on things, speed of molasses on everything), they are also totally screwing me on my escrow tax payments by WAY over-charging. In my case $36,000 per year more than I should be paying. I have documented the new county assessments with documents sent to me from the county to no avail. The more you push the more they reply that they are only doing what they see is required by law.

Went to CLOSE my account, took 45min to CLOSE a savings and checking account, I'll never bank there again, American Savings took 15min total to also close my accounts there?

Awesome branch! Just came from the worst branch to the best branch. Teller was awesome! I'm guessing he was a manager as he was very professional and friendly!!! Was able to get info and do business! Thank you

Tried opening a Shaka acct and they denied it! Based off of our past history...not sure why they base it off of that. They clearly don't help locals and those who are trying to get things right going forward! They shouldn't be using the Shaka sign as a symbol that there helping locals, because there clearly not! I' ll make sure to advertise my thoughts about how unhelpful & no Aloha has been shown by this local Hawaii bank.

This place is unwelcoming, unaccomodating and the male manager (older) was rude. There are several banks on this block (american savings, FHB) and honestly this bank needs to realize they are in a customer service based industry. Also the teller asked if we were withdrawing more than $150? If so she would need her managers approval. It was weird.

At the end of the day, your money is not your own. Through a misnomer third party operation they call fraud prevention, they trip you up and block your card if you spend your money at a disapproved entities/locations. Despite all my best efforts, they messed me up twice and I am now ready to throw in the towel. Bring me a bank that does not make me miserable with their digital overlord activities!!!!

Sent me an unsolicited invitation to open a "Shaka" account, they let me open it and transfer money in, harvested my personal data, then blocked me from using the account. Wasted an hour of my time with whatever scam they are running. Beware of Central Pacific Bank! An employee named "Hilary" was behind this apparently.

Their main branch new concept of their lobby loft area a bar and Starbucks with limited tables and seats (social distancing for now) I found it unique for patrons to enjoy. The bank still under construction outside and inside after it's done I'm sure many will enjoy their loft area. It's an idea for those working in that area parking at CPB validation is one hour. The banking window counters are not as many like the prior setting so one might stand in queue a bit. I'm hoping that the patrons in line are situated further away from the counters to ensure privacy after their construction is over. I've noticed the few of their branches I've been to their patrons waiting in queue too close to the clientele doing their banking business. There is space to make it further away from the window counters I'm not sure why they want it nearby. I'm sure it's not that patrons are listening but privacy when money transactions are done should be taken into considerations.

Beware of Banks that Don't return peoples money! The bank refuse to return my money. They refuse to cooperate. Refuse to admit that they gave away my monthly statement to strangers at Ala Moana park. The bank do not do as I request. The bank refuse to listen to me every time I go there. The rude and obnoxious and direspectful. The bank alter my account without my consent and knowledge. The bank had cut off my debit card and block me from any attempts to retrieve MY money. They gave false misleading statements. Gave excuses and impossible demands to justify there intent to steal all of my money. The bank employee Nina White manipulate my account type. The waipahi branch manipulated my address and account information. The pearl city branch argue with me. The kalihi branch block me from my money. The main branch has stolen my money and gave me the run around , and false excuses. The woman ms.Leasiolagi wants to keep my money after I die. She will make excuse to give me a hard time like all the other staff of all the branches. The bank gives me a hard time about anything I do or request of. The takes money from account holders. Everything the bank tells me is false and mislead me on a wild goose chase. They have never been accommodating. They are not to be trusted with anyone's money. They have not portray any integraty or reliability nor trustworthy to me since day one of my account. They neglected to disclose their accounting balance in my account. They refuse to disclose to me what they did to my account and money. They refuse to cooperate in tracing down the trail and where about and fraudulent merchant routed my money to in Florida. Refues to release any record of the transaction to me nor cooperate with the consumer protection nor the with the sun state Florida BBB and comerece department of Florida.They would rather I die and go away so they have an excuse to keep my money and erase any trace of my account. I had to write a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and a Ms. Riley Angell responded with excuses and false answers and never returned a single penny of MY money.The bank pretends to work me. Rather in truth they work against me and block me. She lies in her responses on goolge. One year later they still have NOT return my money after I met all their demands. They mislead me. I will have to sue them in court for the return of my money. BAD BAD BAD !THE WORLD SHOULD KNOW THANKS TO GOOGLE.

Parking is very tough here, as other businesses are surrounding as well. Parking lot attendant was not very nice and didn't help direct traffic.

I come here primarily to deposit checks into an account I don't own. I don't have an account with CPB but when I come here I always receive quick and friendly service. The gentleman that is usually serving business customers is really welcoming and seems to know their customers by name. The parking is right out front and very convenient. I wish their hours were slightly later...

This is one of thee BEST CENTRAL PACIFIC BANK branches around town, Staff here are very Nice and Friendly and always doing their very best to help the customers that come through their door. Parking * They have a PRIVATE LOT that has about 20stalls or more and it's FREE PARKING (Always a plus for free parking right YELP FAM). Customer Service * Ummm Where should I start, Mostly all the BANK TELLER's here are VERY HELPFUL and has good customer service. I would like to mention MARILENE one of the BANK TELLER's at this branch, She is very helpful and also always making her customers LAUGH. She also helped me when the BANK was OFFLINE and ATM MACHINE wasn't working. Thanks again MARILENE for going above and beyond with helping me with my bank needs. I appreciate you and the rest of the CPB KALIHI BRANCH TELLERS.
