I recently purchased a beautiful handbag from here with the assistance of John. I didn't make the purchase on my first visit, but John's great service and expertise changed my mind. During my visit, John took the time to introduce the handbag to me in a manner that was both informative and tailored to my preferences. He patiently allowed me to try out three different colors and sizes, ensuring I had the opportunity to find the perfect match for me.
After careful consideration, I returned the following day and ultimately decided to purchase the handbag that suited me best. Without his service and the opportunity to try out the various options, I may not have made the purchase at all. Thank you for the great service.

A Japanese old lady that was assigned to help us was very unprofessional. She looked at us from head to toe. She was very rude, impatient and arrogant. I was reading the bad reviews at this Chanel store and it seems like they are referring to the same person that helped us. Regret entering to this store. We will never come back here again! ????

Angie and Brenda were wonderful help! I came into the store with no intention of buying anything, but rather just to browse and note bags that I liked. Brenda was so welcoming and still gave me excellent service and attention. I learned so much more about Chanel and the products. I will definitely be stopping here to shop again in the future!

The bestie and I stopped in a few weeks ago. We were helped by Michelle and Ken and got extremely good service. They were so nice and helpful. They weren't pushy at all and let us browse around the store. I talked to Michelle for a bit and she took down my info. We just helped ourselves and tried on many of their sunglasses. Ken came by and answered all our questions. The bestie and I had a fun time in the store browsing around.

I took a bent sunglass by my son that I bought a few years ago today. I really loved the design, so I couldn't just throw it away. I walked into the store, and a gentleman( I don't know his name) helped me fix the sunglass in a few minutes!!!! Thank you for the best service!!

I was scared at first, the reviews scared me. So i held my head high & I went in. I was on vacation, the sales lady was very nice not pushy. Told me to look around & take my time. I knew what i wanted but i wanted to look around as well. I made my purchase & it was a WONDERFUL experience! I especially loved the part at the end when they opened both doors for me i felt like a princess!!!

Products such as Coco Handle have arrived. We were treated to delicious coffee and cookies ?✨
Even though I didn't ask, they kept the items I bought until I finished shopping at another Ala Moana Shopping Center ?

There were many tropical items that are not found in Japan. Staff members Rex and Ken were very nice to assist.
All the staff are friendly.

Had an item shipped - arrived not what you would expect from a Chanel store ... had to return and then buy online at Chanel.com ... store does not really care.

I was greeted by SA Rex right upon entering the store. He was an absolute gem, showed me all the closets, was super friendly and made good recommendations. I wasn't too sure if I'd be looked after, bc we had gone to the beach earlier that day, and I might have looked a little unkempt, if I'm being honest. Still, Rex still treated me with respect and care. I sincerely appreciated that. I definitely think sales is hard to work in, when you aren't guaranteed a sale, everytime. The new season comes out in a couple days, so what I was looking for wasn't available. Mostly classic flaps of every size, and WOCs. So, even if I did not end up purchasing a bag today, I will remember the 5-star experience I had, and will ask for Rex when I return. =^*
