Angie and Brenda were wonderful help! I came into the store with no intention of buying anything, but rather just to browse and note bags that I liked. Brenda was so welcoming and still gave me excellent service and attention. I learned so much more about Chanel and the products. I will definitely be stopping here to shop again in the future!

The bestie and I stopped in a few weeks ago. We were helped by Michelle and Ken and got extremely good service. They were so nice and helpful. They weren't pushy at all and let us browse around the store. I talked to Michelle for a bit and she took down my info. We just helped ourselves and tried on many of their sunglasses. Ken came by and answered all our questions. The bestie and I had a fun time in the store browsing around.

I took a bent sunglass by my son that I bought a few years ago today. I really loved the design, so I couldn't just throw it away. I walked into the store, and a gentleman( I don't know his name) helped me fix the sunglass in a few minutes!!!! Thank you for the best service!!

Had an item shipped - arrived not what you would expect from a Chanel store ... had to return and then buy online at Chanel.com ... store does not really care.

I was greeted by SA Rex right upon entering the store. He was an absolute gem, showed me all the closets, was super friendly and made good recommendations. I wasn't too sure if I'd be looked after, bc we had gone to the beach earlier that day, and I might have looked a little unkempt, if I'm being honest. Still, Rex still treated me with respect and care. I sincerely appreciated that. I definitely think sales is hard to work in, when you aren't guaranteed a sale, everytime. The new season comes out in a couple days, so what I was looking for wasn't available. Mostly classic flaps of every size, and WOCs. So, even if I did not end up purchasing a bag today, I will remember the 5-star experience I had, and will ask for Rex when I return. =^*

I was scared at first, the reviews scared me. So i held my head high & I went in. I was on vacation, the sales lady was very nice not pushy. Told me to look around & take my time. I knew what i wanted but i wanted to look around as well. I made my purchase & it was a WONDERFUL experience! I especially loved the part at the end when they opened both doors for me i felt like a princess!!!

My wife and I came to look for a purse. Greeting by all the friendly staffs and our sales girl explained everything us. She was very details and show my wife how to keep her purse clean. I am sure when we visit again next year we will buy another one from her.

I was assisted immediately. Good selection. Just FYI, Chanel has a new 1 bag per month per person policy now. I think it's to control reselling in countries with high imporrlt taxes. It didn't bother me since I was only buying one.

During my recent travels in Honolulu, I had to pick up another bottle of specific foundation since I was running out. The type (No 1 De Chanel) I have been using is only sold at the Chanel boutique and unfortunately not at department stores like Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, or Macys. I went into the Ala Moana boutique and was promptly, warmly greeted by multiple associates. Hisaka (name of advisor on my receipt) was exceptional and helped me pick the right shade since I wanted a different one. This shopping experience at the Chanel boutique in Ala Moana was an amazing experience and one that aligns with the level of service you would expect from this type of highend store. I also had pleasant shopping experiences at the Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara.

I recently visited Honolulu and stopped by this boutique. I purchased a set of earrings for my partner, and was very impressed by the assistance of the sales staff. When I returned home, I decided I wanted to also purchase a specific ring this store had that is NOT a typical Chanel product. Unfortunately, for some reason I am not able to call the store directly to order??? I had to go through Customer Service, and they were not able to help. They supposedly place a request for the store to call me back; however, to date, no call. I find this poor service. I don't understand the limitations on calling the boutique directly? This will likely be the last time I purchase Chanel, which is significant because I have spent a great deal of money on their products.
