Best customer service I've every had through out the years, whether in person on over the phone, they are always helpful and friendly. It's not a bank in Hawaii so you can only do brokerage stuff (can do banking part online though). As long as you aren't dealing in cash it perfect. Also NO ATM Fees (I think up to $10 per month) so I never worry if I need cash.

New location! Bishop and Merchant. The parking for buiding entrance is on Alakea. Nice clean office, with CNBC on per the usual.

I called this morning to see if I could make an in-person appointment. I was told it was unnecessary to come in and that they would call me at 2:30. It's been an hour, and no one has called. When I try calling them, I'm now routed to an automated system. Very frustrating.

Was not a client of Schawb but they bought TDameritrade so now I'm stuck with them for now. As of this writting I'm on hold for more then 2hrs to get help to log in to my account .

Good for what it is, a walk-in office for a no-fee stock trading platform on the rare occasion you need to speak with a person about your account.

Charles Schwab has been my stock brokerage since... basically this year. Started with Scottrade which was acquired by TD Ameritrade, which was recently acquired by Charles Schwab.With almost everything being done online or over the phone, there's not a whole lot of need to go to the office. Though there are times when having face to face interactions and direct communication is much more better.This new Charles Schwab office is located along Bishop Street, right before Queen Street at the street level of the Davies Pacific Center. This building has a parking garage, but not sure if there's validation. If not, there's metered parking around. The newly constructed office is super clean, bright, and welcoming, of course.I had an issue that just needed better clarification because communicating through emails and phone calls (which you need to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT) was just not getting anything done. The time zone was an issue, and some people just don't have phone voices (and Aloha spirit).Luckily the team at Charles Schwab were very helpful and patient. The receptionist was exceptional. Friendly, kind, patient, and very helpful in getting the assistance I needed. Their team helped me double check everything to make sure all documents were filled correct and all supporting documents were included.Needlessly to say, everything went smoothly. I'm glad this office is here with an amazing team to guide and assist me in making sure the process is done right the first time.

Customer service is horrible. I have been trying to make a change to my mom's trust account for the last year. Reps on the phone have given wrong information, lost submitted documents and I have had to resubmit documents and had to pay for notary multiple times due to wrong information provided.
