“GREATT STUFF! Every time I go I always end up buying!! I love their Umamusume selection! The only reason I have one stat down is because they do have some inappropriate/not kid appropriate stuff I fear, but that’s quite common for any anime store. Still of course, a great store though! I would totally recommend if your looking for stuff from your fandoms :)”
“I came into the store for the first time like two weeks ago (I think), and had a very pleasant time. I was greeted by Isaiah whom was really welcoming, nice, informative, thoughtful, and patient with me while I was browsing. I felt like I was being respected regardless of purchasing or not (which I really like and appreciate!:)))
Fast forward to a couple of days later, I met the other team members (Boss Lee, Kalif, and Elijah) who were all so nice and helpful. After many revisits, we’re more than just team members and customer now; it feels like a big family instead (yayy!><). The aloha spirit I get from them is really heartwarming.
Big shout out to you guys! Hope to be back one day in the future & buy more things;)

“This is the *cutest* store by our stay when we went on our baby moon! We stopped by the store right before it closed (sorry!) and bought a bunch of items for our new born.
The store owner forgot to put some items in our bag, and we didn’t realize it until we left back to Texas, and we unfortunately had already flown back, but I called the owner and she was very understanding and shipped us our items!!
The customer service goes ABOVE & BEYOND expectations and everyone should support local businesses!! We hope to stop by here again for baby #2 in the future!”
“All the workers at both stores were so kind and attentive. They helped me get all the men's and child shirts and women's tops we needed for our daughter's wedding. They called the other stores and held the item for me. I even had to exchange sizes, and they held my top for me. The next day, I was able to switch the tops. The process was seamless and easy.

“A HUGE MAHALO to Jen, Ashley and staff for their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased a NO SAND BACKPACK made by Of One Sea for my daughter for Christmas and upon her first use of the bag in February the top part shredded apart . I paid $95 for the bag so I wasn't feeling just taking a loss on it especially since it was a gift for my daughter and grandkids. I contacted Up and Riding and explained what happened and because the return policy for Christmas gifts ended on January 31 they called Of One Sea and reported what happened. Of One Sea also provided me with excellent customer service and sent me a brand new bag and a warranty on it as well. Since the Covid pandemic I have vowed to support local businesses which is why I shop frequently at Up and Riding . And now I have added Of One Sea to this list!!! Thank you all so much for restoring the aloha in customer service in the islands. Mahalo... see you all soon !!!”
“The store might not have the kind of clothes I'm out looking for, but, as a Gap brand, they carry the banner and customer service seems decent. Sales help are friendly and fairly available. Only nit is that it's got struck a strange layout, as the main entrance off the mall at Ala Moana is a stairway and escalator heading downstairs. You'd've thunk they'd've just leased space on the main mall level and be done with it rather than hassle with being a story below.”
“Iida’s response time is efficient and they are easy to talk to. The items are always in great quality and condition. I ordered Jinbei and Hapi set that are so cute for my little ones. I highly recommend if you are looking for Japanese-Asian ware too they have all kinds of goodies.”

“My husband loves shirts from this store. The sales associate, Deb, was very helpful and located the shirt he wanted in the correct size. She was super friendly and engaging. They have a wide variety of prints and styles. We would recommend the shirts actually made in Hawaii. They are slightly more expensive but the quality is better than the ones made in China. If you're going to buy a Hawaiian shirt, get an authebtic one. The shirts are well made and hold up well. The store also offers a military discount.”
“I walked in and was greeted by the friendly cashier. She told me that all the shirts are designed and printed locally. She asked if I was a tourist or if I lived here. She also asked what area I lived in and told me that they have a location at Ala Moana. I looked around the store and noticed some really cool items. They have shirts with turtles and sharks on them. They also have shirts from local eateries such as Tiki's Grill & Bar and Waikiki Brewing Company.”

“I recently visited Kith in Honolulu during their fall launch, and I must say, the experience left a lasting impression. This was my second visit to the store during my stay on Oahu while visiting family. I had been eagerly anticipating their fall collection, especially since some items were trickling in earlier in the week. As a loyalty member, I received early access the day before the launch, but unfortunately, the specific set (shorts and button-up) I wanted had already sold out online.
Determined to find the set, I arrived at the store right at 10 a.m. and waited in line to get in. The store was bustling with activity, and when I asked about the items, I was told that due to being on an island, some shipments were arriving late. I was understandably disappointed, so I sat down in the shoe section to see if anything else from the collection caught my eye.
While I was browsing, Ramsey, one of the store employees, noticed I seemed a bit discouraged and checked in with me. He asked if I was on a tight schedule and then offered to check the back room to see if the items I wanted were still unpacked in one of the new shipment boxes. I told him I was happy to wait. A short while later, Ramsey returned to inform me that the items hadn’t been delivered yet, but he did find them on the manifest and assured me they would arrive the next day.
Since I was staying with family in Kaneohe, which is quite a drive, Ramsey kindly offered to place the items on hold for me to try on the next day. I gave him my name and number, and of course, I couldn’t leave Kith without buying something—so I grabbed a pair of socks (because who visits Kith without picking something up?).
The next day, I returned about an hour after opening. I mentioned to the staff that Ramsey had set aside two items for me to try on, and sure enough, he brought them out shortly after. The set was exactly what I was looking for and fit perfectly! Ramsey’s attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied made all the difference.
Kith Honolulu has definitely earned my loyalty. Their customer service, especially Ramsey’s exceptional care, ensured I had a great experience despite the initial disappointment. I will continue to support this location and look forward to my next visit!”
“I had a bit of a rocky experience at first when I bought a kids’ kit that turned out to be incomplete. The owner originally offered a refund, but after I sent my Venmo info and followed up a few times, I didn’t hear back and felt really unsure about what was happening.
To their credit, they later reached out, explained the mix-up, and resent the refund right away. Turns out the issue was a typo and bad timing around a trip and the holiday. I really appreciated their honesty and follow-through once they realized what happened.
Mistakes happen, and I’m glad they took the time to make it right in the end.”
“Me daughter and I visited this store two weeks ago. The selection was amazing and the store was super clean and so well organized, but more importantly and most impressively was the staff. They were so friendly and super fun to talk to. I left there feeling like part of the Crazy Shirt family. If we had a Crazy Shirts in North Idaho, I’d probably submit an application to work there. We visit almost every Crazy Shirts that we come across, and this store was the best we’ve been to. They have such a great selection, and sell things that you can’t find in other stores, or even online. This store will definitely be our go to place for our Crazy Shirts purchases. Plus, it will be fun to see the staff again.”

“I happen to stumble into this store one day looking for a polo shirt for an upcoming event. Specifically gray and black and I found one. It was simple and it came with the HI and Kings logo patch on its front. When I got home I tried the shirt on. The fabric itself is light, but the way the shirt fit me especially around my shoulders, I loved it. I loved the way it made my shoulders and arms look. I am a sigzane shirt enthusiast, but I have found my new brand. It hasn’t been 2 months since I bought my 1st polo shirt and now I have 6 of them. I went back 5 times and left with a polo shirt each visit. There are a couple polo shirts I really want to add to my collection but XL seems to be a size that they run out of, quick. Either than that, I’ll keep coming back.”
