Not an authorized dealer for KYB, so any warranties are null and void. This garage replaced my struts and shocks with KYB and in doing so damaged multiple other components. They did not mention this to me I discovered this myself. Not only are the struts and shocks installed incorrectly and making terrible clunking sounds, I’ve had to replace the entire CV axle due to their negligence, costing me over $1k. KYB doesn’t recognize them as a garage, so there is no warranty. My only option is to pay someone else to replace them again. Not this place. Don’t go here. They’ll destroy your car and not even tell you. They also damaged my armrest irreparably and filled my washer fluid with something oily. I’ll be reporting this business to any applicable agency. Go anywhere else.

My experience has been very enlightening. Not only did he take me as a walk in, he also ensured that I understood what caused the cars issues and how to prevent them for the future. Very clear, very direct , and very kind. 10/10

Great experience getting my truck's wheel alignment done. I couldn't get through calling a few times, but was able to easily make an appointment using their online form for the following day. I showed up exactly at my appointment time and was able to put my truck on the rack immediately. Chung told me it would take about an hour, so I got some food from a nearby restaurant and waited in their office. My truck was done exactly an hour later. Fast, friendly and (af)fordable... would come back for future vehicle work. Mahalos!

Owner is honest and good business man, one day I couldn't rotate my tires at Sam's due to possible damaged lug nut, I took it to Chung's alignment, Owner called me to pick up the car and no charge cuz nothings wrong. Who does this nowadays, hardly anyone but there's still few good and honest people like Chung, I'll definitely give him business if there's a need too.

Was able to get a booking the same day, although I noticed they do get quite busy so you probably should call ahead. Very fast service, and prices are listed directly behind the counter so you know how much you’ll be paying ahead of time. Owner (?) was very friendly.

If you have a manual car I would not get your alignment done here. Main guy at the front revving my engine while hitting the clutch. Yelling at my face cause my car won’t clear the rack.

Mr. Chung did a excellent job on my Audi A8's alignment.
Many other shops are unable due to complicity of Audi Quattro .
Chung's Auto has the expertise for the task and the price was very reasonable.

The splash guard of my Civic got ripped off by some road work driving home from Costco last week, dragging along under the car in an unsafe manner. I happened to be across the street from Chung’s and despite being after hours on a Saturday, they lifted my car and removed the damaged splash guard. They don’t even charge me for the service. Can’t thank them enough!
