When I came to check in the person was very nice. However, he couldn't not find my blood test order from my dr. So I called the dr office and they fax it. He then took my blood asap. Thank you!

** I originally posted this to the right lab, but wrong location. This is the where it should have originally been. Thanks!! I had a fasting lab to have pulled and I had many locations to choose from. It was most convenient for me to choose the one by Ala Moana inside the Bank of Hawai'i building, the fifth floor. They opened up at 7am which was a great fit for me. I was there a few minutes before they opened and there was one person waiting ahead of me. They opened right on time. Their office is very clean and organized. I was warmly helped by Alexis and after she updated my personal information and she took me right back. Alexis was just as efficient, and very hygienic with drawing my blood. We had a friendly conversation and when we were back out front. I asked if there was a way I could see my lab results and she went through how to do that.(super easy and fast!) This was an excellent experience and I would not have any issue bringing a loved or recommending to anyone.

Ok... I'm trying to not be irritated. But I will never use clinical labs again!....GO TO DIAGNOSTIC LABS! The difference between clinical labs and DIAGNOSTIC is like a child with a plastic knife and a tenured surgeon with a scalpel. Holy hell, this is the second time I had to leave the facility because they couldn't find a vein?!?!?!? Thank you for making me feel like a I.V. drug user, which I would never do! For the love of God! Why is going to diagnostic labs such a painless easy experience and clinical labs like a dart tournament between drunken monkeys in lab coats!!!!!!!! In short....Clinical labs is HORRIBLE

The medical world has never been the world I could understand which is a good thing we have those that do. My doctor's office needed blood work and sent me down to Clinical Labs located on the fifth floor in the Ala Moana Building it's all done by walk in basis only thing to be mindful is that no eating 12 hours prior which is a good thing I passed on breakfast due to a super early appointment I had no time and knew I needed this to be done before my follow up within the week which can be a challenge due to my work and their office schedule. The staff here can't be any more amazing super friendly and knew exactly what they're doing, I was all done in just seconds literally which got me back to enjoying my day off...woohoo!! Thank you!

They have a "Don't Care" attitude, when I'm there it feels like I'm a big burden to them to get the blood drawn & answer a few of my questions. They can't wait to have me out of there ! Needless to say, I go to another clinic now.

COVID-19 Review I saw one of my physicians last May via a virtual visit when she ordered some diagnostic tests for me to follow-up on some personal medical issues. While I usually have my diagnostics tests run through the other local medical laboratory facilities, my physician sent the medical requests to Clinical Labs of Hawaii. I have gotten my blood drawn at the Kaka'ako location of Clinical Labs before and had a great experience there. However, because of COVID-19, they do not accept walk-ins, and this was the other closest location to me that was taking appointments for routine labs in addition to COVID-19 testing. After an easy-peasy online scheduling appointment experience, I went in for my blood draw the following day. I knew exactly where this site was as my ophthalmologist is located in the same Ala Moana Building. When I arrived at the office, I immediately stopped at their door to read the posted signs. When I entered, I was relieved to find one other person ahead of me and I stood socially distanced from the person until the receptionist called me to the counter. All I needed was to confirm my appointment, provide my photo ID, medical insurance cards and physcian's order. A few seconds later, a phlebotomist signaled me to enter her examination room. She asked me to confirm my name and birthdate verbally and had me confirm the information on printed labels. Kudos to the technician as she applied a latex tourniquet to my arm, swabbed my inner elbow with alcohol and inserted the needle. I've had my blood drawn many times so it doesn't bother me to watch the process. Luckily, she only needed to draw one tube of blood. I was in and out of Clinical Labs within 10 minutes! Thanks to the appointment system, friendly yet professional staff.

I’m literally waiting on results that could release me from the hospital or indicate if I’m facing heart failure as part of my chemotherapy for cancer treatment. This location, nor their nationwide phone number ever get answered and no one calls back voicemails. No clue how you can run a business this important and never speak to anyone. Even the hospital staff I multiple departments cannot reach anyone.

It was a little hard to find. But if you are familiar Hawaiian bank. The lab is right in that building's fifth floor.Their staff is nice and professional. The clinic seems clean. I was nervous about blood tests but it didn't hurt at all! There is nothing fancy about this lab, but the location is great and it's convenient for me

This is located in the basement. They will give you a card to validate your parking. I came here because I needed blood tests done, but the staff at the urgent care clinic was unable to do it. They sent me here. The woman that drew my blood saw that I had already gotten poked in both arms because of the bandages. I told her I was a "hard stick" and I was sent here because of that. She was friendly and got the blood from my hand.
