I just dropped off a sample to be diagnosed at the Kahala location. I couldn't see through the tinted front door that there was a person already inside so I opened the door and Daisy the clerk behind the desk rudely told me to get back outside and wait ! It was very rude and not the way to treat a customer.

Beware! They are going to rip you off anyway they can. Will not tell you that your insurance is not accepted by them. Therefore, you will get stuck with thousand of dollars. Plus, their billing representative (Kim?) is rude and not very hel.

So I usually go to the Kahala Mall site, but they didn't have any appointments and this site was open to 8pm so I was excited. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment as indicated and the check-in process was a little confusing. You check-in at the front desk, but then there is a sign that says to take a number/ring the bell. You don't have to take a number and ring the bell I found out. Then I waited... 30 min later I decided to see the front desk since the sign says, "if we haven't called you in 15 min please check with the front desk". When I went to the front desk the lady asked the guy if they're doing travel covid test (I was like... what do you mean, "are you doing them?"). The guy replied "yes, but we're cleaning the room." They got me in shortly after that, but the reason for the one star is that as I was leaving, the guy was telling the other workers that he just said they were cleaning the room even though that wasn't the reason for the delay. Oh, and also, this is the first time clinical labs didn't have me look at the sticker to confirm the spelling of my name/date of birth. The lab tech just asked what's my last name and date of birth. What if it's not spelled correctly? Not gonna lie, worried that my results could end up attached to someone else. Definitely going back to Kahala where they call you at your appointment time and do their due diligence when getting your test done.

Nice, clean, and small location. Limited parking. No problem as the Majority of the time you're in and out. Friendly Staff.
