Quick shout out to Joshua of the meat department for providing great customer service this morning. I was lil bit shame for ask at first especially since braddah look like he was prepping his case for the day by seeing what needed to be restocked, but I went ahead and asked. I needed a larger cut of meat than what was in the case. Joshua said he could cut me a larger piece. He asked me a couple questions regarding what I needed and wanted and then proceeded to the back. He was probably gone for maybe just a few minutes. I am very pleased with the size of the chuck roast i got. Also gotta say that the cashier Gus (or Ges?) was also great! Quick yet, still friendly. I had bought quite a bit and brought my own bags. Gus didn't hesitate to bag em all, separating the chilled items in one bag and the non-perishables in the other. Separated how they should be. Trust me, other stores can't even get that right. FYI, I usually only shop in the mornings cause the parking lot of Kamehameha Shopping Center is TERRIBLE during the day.

Good selection of items, well stocked. Nostalgic feel inside, and also neat and clean. Bank of Hawaii is no longer there. Poke bowls and grab-and-go lunches are pretty good. They also have pastele stew, meatloaf, garlic shrimp plate lunches. I read some of the one-star reviews: how can you give this place one star for the parking situation (which they have no control of), a security guard who isn't just for Times, or not knowing how to pick avocados Any parking right next to the store will be hard because those are prime stalls and everyone wants to park there. Just park farther away. Guaranteed spots in the structure or by Kam Bowl Restaurant. I got bad avocados from Costco but then learned how to pick and store the good ones. All to say, not always the store's fault for bad produce. My only gripe is their offering of organic food. But I get it, not sure how many other people in the area want organic. My hubby also wishes they had bigger whiskey bottles. All in all, it's a good hometown grocery store.

Employee Customer Service has improved at this location although no comparison to Beretania or Kahala Stores. This "poor" rating is for the Security Guard contracted by times reading magazines in the checkout line claiming he was bored on 1/12/22 around 10:30 pm. We exchanged words as he tried to justify his actions with excuses. If this Security Guard wasn't present would've given 4 Stars towards my shopping experience.

If I would give 0 star I would. Not so great environment to shop employees seem not happy to work. There's no feel of welcoming you to the store. They even dictate you what to get they don't want you to touch there items it seems like I felt discriminated.Happen on the produce section don't touch their veggies or else you get scolding to a rudeness employees at times Supermarket Kamehameha Shopping Center. Please if you don't love your job just quit and find something that's make you happy doing.

Went there to buy some groceries yesterday afternoon. It was busy ! Only 2 cash registers were open, the lines and wait time was long. I was thinking it's a covid pandemic why not move the people out the stores then let them be standing there and waiting for someone with covid to spread it to everyone waiting?? Then when I get to the register I leave my basket on the conveyer , the cashier takes it out, I told her why you putting it on the conveyer if you didn't sanitize it and wipe it? Her answer was ( oh I don't have time to wipe it down) ???? Wtf??? I told her I don't want to catch covid! She ignores me!!!! Train your workers!! People are still dying!!

If the store is going to have a limit that you may purchase on an item this policy should also go for employees. This evening at 5pm the store had the limited edition of Truly Punch. At first I didn't see the limit sign and when I was told there was limit I respected the stores decision. However, they had an employee who purchased 3... Again, if you're going to limit your customers, then the employees needs to follow the same policy

6-21-21 I normally shop at the Times where I live in Central Oahu but if I'm heading to take flowers to the grave and Watanabe's is closed I'll come here to buy a few bunches. If they are out of cut flowers I go down the street to the other market by Longs. If you like dim sum, there is a shop on their left.

I'd give them a quarter star if I could, not even half a star. On friday Jan 24 2020, I got stopped by a doorman in a red shirt and falsely accused of shoplifting. I was the forced to take off my jacket and he put his hands on me. I felt so embarrassed a violated. On top of that the store manager did nothing. The security then told me to step outside and he provoke the situation. I was embarrassed in front of everybody. Worst part is I was just following my girlfriend playing games on my phone while she was shopping. I did not touch one item in the store

Been coming to this Times Supermarket for a long long long time, still remember way way back in the days when it was called STAR MARKET (Damn) I like coming to this Times Supermarket over at Kamehameha shopping center, i come here to get POKE @ the Seafood counter section and also I like coming here to get their Fresh Oysters which comes in 10-12 pieces for $13 and sometimes when it's on sale You can get it for $10.99. Their oysters id say out of 75% of the time comes out to some fatty pieces ohh wee. Another thing we like coming here is when they have GOOD AD sale this place can get pretty nuts when checking out their. Parking - You'll don't have too worry about parking cause their so many many parking stalls and it's FREE parking (THANK You for free parking always a plus! Also good to know Kine things that this Times supermarket Location has a Bank Of Hawaii inside

The quality control on the produce at this store is non-existent. Three times in a few months I've bought rotten avocados from this place. Also, they supposedly gave no ability to assist over the phone. Driving back to the store for a $2.99 refund is not worth it. Will make every effort shop elsewhere in the future.

There is no Times around my neighborhood so I never had been to it before. I was just at this mall and saw this Times, so decided to check it out. My first impression? Messy and old. There were stuff everywhere even at the entrance...gives you this cramped feeling. The prices are not really good, even if they are on sale. The store is filled with this bad odor....I could not even figure out what it was. At the end I almost felt like throwing up. The checkout line took so long....made me feel like the cashier was so incompetent, or the other customers have too many coupons or something lol Never returning to Times...Foodland all the way!
