Went here looking for something in particular. Found something I wanted to buy but was totally ignored while they spent all their time only to the loud people buying something. I guess me browsing warranted zero customer service. Barely even got acknowledgement when I walked in. Customer service is key. I walked out and will spend my thousand somewhere else. Look at owner's response to previous post from Kevin and snarky rebuttles. Sounds about right. Got a really bad vibe from them and glad I didn't give them a red cent. Shady.

Well there is certainly a plethora of stuff here! Tons of different furniture, some vintage and pricey, but some reasonably priced items as well. We were shopping for just a simple wood coffee table and came away empty handed. If you're looking for unique retro or unusual pieces give it a shot. It's an adventure just looking around!

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience consigning with this shop. I do not recommend placing your items on consignment here find a different place! I made the mistake of consigning 2 hand carved Hawaiian chests. I was sent an email from the owner Chip informing me he would sell my large chest for $150 and the smaller one for $75. (Screenshot attached with the item number). This was a reasonable price to me. However a month later I received my payment summary showing that my chest sold for $50 and $75. (Screenshot attached of payment summary). I double checked my emails and phone call log to see if I had missed any messages from the shop but found none. The shop has my email, and my phone number on file due to me emailing and texting photos of the items I wanted to consign with them. I went down to the shop in person thinking this must be a mistake or clerical error. I spoke with a salesman who was nice and apologetic for the situation but informed me I needed to speak with Chip the owner. He said he'd let Chip know about the situation and I should expect a phone call that day. After 5 days I never received a call so I called the store and was told Chip the owner was not in. The sales associate again was nice and looked into who sold the chest. He informed me that the record shows Chip the owner sold my chest for $50 and not $150 it was no error. I asked why he would sell it for a $100 discount without my permission?? He said he would have Chip call me. A week later I still never received an explanation or apology from Chip. I emailed Chip on 7/10 about the issue and still no response. So far a bad experience, I wouldn't trust consigning with them again.

Stopped in the Consignment Center and found lots of unique items perfect for our home. Staff is excellent and offer delivery on purchased items. Recommend checking this place out often since their inventory changes all the time.

Incredible place with unique, beautiful pieces. We came in with a not-so-lavish budget but were still able to find great furniture for our new place. The staff was incredibly helpful and more importantly, friendly. Their delivery services were also 11/10 (a priceless gift during our move). Highly, highly recommend if you're looking for sustainable and tasteful furnishings.

I spent an afternoon here, perusing treasures and wishing I could take home half the store, but very happy with the pieces I bought and even more happy with the conversations I had once I started talking to a salesperson and one of the consigners, who gave me background details about each piece I was interested in that made them come to life. What amazing and kind people whose stories are as interesting as the pieces in the store. Not pushy salespeople, but ask about any piece and you will get great, honest info about it and often a deal on the price. Don't miss a chance to see the original mast of the Wayfinder and the feathers to bless it hidden behind some furniture upstairs, as well as a Nat. Geo. issue that belongs in a museum (not for sale) with pictures from Amelia Earhart's trip to Hawaii and surfing pics from the 1930's. There is quite a collection of books that are mini art museums. The art upstairs is a fantastic mix from various cultures and time periods and apparently has a fast turnover and is worth revisiting for new pieces if you don't see what you want right away. There were many small pieces that fit in my luggage. I bought three pieces of framed art, a signed Flea (RHCP) book, statue, and two trinket boxes and got them all in my husband's and my original luggage with no extra luggage needed. I talked about my visit there for the rest of my trip and my two momentary friendships and the treasures I took home were well worth the Uber ride or a bus ride ($3 all day pass) from Waikiki and an afternoon of leisurely browsing.

Came in excited to get a few peices and when I walked in nobody said hi or anything to me. Walked around the shop for 10 mins and walked out. They were too busy gossiping. Guess they don't wanna make a sale.

These guys go above and beyond. We were looking for a piece of furniture that could serve as a TV console. Many places in Honolulu are just 'showrooms'' with no take-home stock. This store had a small table that met our needs. We were offered same-day delivery, and within an hour of our purchase, we were home enjoying our new find. A big thanks to Chip and Michael!. Be sure to support this local small business.

Interesting, prices okay on furniture, some of the smaller items high priced. Nice sales guy and easy parking.
