Lawd! I was so lost... COR Imaging is located in the Bank of Hawaii building, not the shopping center. The directions on the referral form I had stated that the office was located in the Ala Moana Building...very misleading. If you are not familiar with the area, it can be confusing. I parked in the shopping center's parking garage and spent about 30 minutes trying to find the exact location (the dentist is not on the shopping center's directory) and calling the office was not helpful since no one answered. When I finally got a hold of someone and they specified the Bank of Hawaii building, it was much easier to navigate. By that time it was already the time for scheduled appointment so I explained to the receptionist that I would be a few minutes late. She was understanding and told me it would not be an issue. Once inside the building, the stairs or elevator takes you to the 9th floor, and from there it is a no-brainer. They have implemented a knock & wait to adhere to the social distancing standards. There is a sign posted on the door that explains that. Once inside the front desk/waiting area is very small so this new process is necessary. After knocking, the receptionist came out pretty quickly. We were given an intake form and called back all within 10 minutes. The total appointment time probably lasted 15 minutes from the time I entered. The X-ray technician explained that the images would be sent directly to the requesting dentist so I did not need to wait. Once you find the office location, the process is very fast and efficient. ;)

I was referred to Cor Imaging by my son's orthodontist, he is in the process of getting his braces. Cor Imaging is located at the Bank of Hawaii Building on Kapiolani Blvd, right across of Ala Moana Shopping Center, on the 9th floor. Setting up the appointment was quick, I got the latest appointment of the day, which was 3:30 pm. On the day of appointment, I checked in with the parking attendant, and parked on the 2nd floor instead ( limited parking stalls available) of parking at the mall and walking over, since I only had 5 mins until appointment time.I Checked in with receptionist, filled intial forms, and gave her my insurance info. The receptionist was quick with checking my son in. The office is updated and clean, Menehune water dispenser and magazines provided at the waiting area. Dr. Lee greeted me and he seems very nice. The appointment for imaging was about 30 minutes. After the appointment, my son mentioned, it was a unique experience. Cor Imaging will send the images over to the orthodontist's office. For now, we will wait for the results of which tooth to extract for my son.

A dental office located in the ala Moana building (Bank of Hawaii on the bottom) specializes in imaging. It. Their business is mostly driven by other dental office referral. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly. They work in small team to make sure the patients are taken care of quickly. The imaging appointment only took about 35 mins including completing my paperwork. Appointments are available on Saturdays to accommodate school/ work schedule. As for parking, I just parked at the mall and walked across!
