Insanely overpriced and completely disorganized. 1/3 of the products in the entire store is always on the floor inboxes 70% of the products not lined up where they should be to the label. If you can even read the label because the printer clearly needed more ink. 100 percent of the products that I found were marked up almost 200% of what I could find online.

I love coming here to pick up stuff that I need for my hair they have so much to pick from They are ONLY open to people LICENCED in the Beauty industry just like the one around the corner and most Beauty supply's non licenced can go to Sally's The staff is very helpful and I can always find what I want Thank you for always helping me out

The way I would trust these ladies with my life. I can’t remember her name but the black girl that’s always there is SO HELPFUL. She always helps me and is so sweet and knows her stuff for sure! If they don’t have what I need, she always has a great alternative and is so polite.

I recently purchased 2 items online to be picked up in store for their customer appreciation event. Their app says it would take a couple hours for my order to be filled. It took 3 days! By the time my order was filled, one of the two items was OOS. The clerk said I wouldn't be charged for the missing item. Guess what? I was still charged! I ended up having to make a multiple calls to their call center to get a solution. As of now, according to their call center, I should get a refund in another 7-10 business days. So in all, I'm waiting almost a month for the correct charge to my credit card. This is such a headache. If you need supplies, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

I work for a salon and simply called in for a price quote for an item and the clerk who answered was speaking very snobbishly to me. I was speaking politely too, not sure what got on her nerves at that moment. She made it sound like I was disturbing her lunch break but it was literally 10am on a wednesday morning. Bad customer service. Oh and the price quotes werent even correct, I found out later.

Gentle Reminder: You must have a Beauty License to shop I love coming here to see the friendly staff as they are so helpful and attentive. No matter how big or small of an order I buy, and as small as a tube of color they are so nice each time. They try their best to help you and it keeps me coming back.

It's not clear you can only shop here if you have a license. I guess it makes more sense because the place is a complete mess. Also explains why the cash register gave me a rude look when I walked in. If she just answered the phone when I called this morning, I wouldn't have wasted my time coming here...
