ALWAYS a wait but today was the worst. Had an 1130 appointment for a rotation. Dropped off around 1115 and came back at 1pm. Hadn't even touched my car. Had already shopped and with 2 little kids, had to leave. Complete waste of time.

Took my friend to get her tires changed here at 10am... They said it may be a few hours so hang around. Well, it's now 630pm...
How many employees does it take to change a tire? Well, I guess the answers more than 4. Cause these guys didn't do much. Unless you want to take a vacation to the Hawaii Kai Shopping Center for 8+ hours, I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.
No calls to keep us updated. No follow up. No apologies. I'm pissed and it's not even my car... They take 'island time' to another level.

I didn't think that I'd ever make a review for Costco tire center, but here I am. I was filling up my tires tonight while waiting for my other half that was inside of Costco, shopping, and I ran into some difficulties with the machine. Usually, it automatically starts when I hook it up to my tire. However, this time, it didn't seem to register that. I went inside the tire center to ask an associate for help and he gladly assisted. I was just expecting directions or a tip/trick, but he ended up filling all the tires himself. Big props to the team here especially since it was so close to closing, and I'm pretty sure that they were tired.

It's just so slow. Run so poorly. Don't answer their phone. Can take hours for a simple tire plug even with an appointment. Waste of my time.

Derek, at the tire center at Costco Hawaii Kai, is fantastic. Very friendly. Very patient. Very knowledgeable. As far as I'm concerned, he deserves a raise.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the Costco Tire Center tech who taught me how to use the air pump.. I felt silly for never having done it before, but he was very nice and now I know! Bless you!!

The understaffed facility leads to excruciatingly slow service, with long lines and minimal assistance available. While the savings may be tempting, be ready for a time-consuming experience."

I have always gotten my replacement tires here for three different cars now. Great warranty, quick service if you have a little patience and convenient location. Pricing deals are always good. ???✌️

Very rude & ignorant employees. Waited 20 mins in line, some lady walks in without an appointment & they took her first. I asked the guy if they could just tell me if they had my tires in stock & he completely ignored me.

The upside: the prices and service are excellent. The downside: very, very busy; they don't answer the phone and you have to make an appointment in person. It's worth going to Hawaii Kai after work to make an appointment, since the shopping center with the tire center has a Costco and several nice places for dinner: a Taco Del Mar for takeout Mexican, and a Ramen-Ya or Chopsticks and Rice for a sit down meal. And there's a Ross Dress for Less if you feel like browsing or picking up a few value buys.
